I think this is First Grade Kit..Since this kit dont have much of articulation (cant bend at the knee and elbow)
Down grade
Back when Gundam SeeD debuted, Bandai put out a lot of these 5$ NoGrade kits. The only pro this line had over the HG line is that some Mobile Suits that were too obscure for an HG version were made for this line instead. another reason to buy them was for cheap surplus accessories (lets say you lost the HG Strike's beam rifle and you need a cheap replacement.)

Back in the days, this is what we called first grade
first grade kits have no colors most of the time
@@oniplus4545 First grade do have color mainly the main color of the ms(blue for torso, red for feet, white for the limbs) so the kits being shown here is literally first grade being renamed. I owned some of them during my childhood especially from seed and 00 series.
