PICHLER TOOLS PRESSURE BRAKE BLEEDER WITH SUCTION
The Pichler Tools pressure bleeder makes brake fluid replacement quick and clean. The suction facility can be used to remove any old fluid and particles from the master cylinder before using the pressure pump to push clean fluid through the system. Fluid can be changed in a matter of minutes at the required pressure using the adjustable pressure regulator.
The machine is supplied with a standard screw on cap and other caps are available separately.

I use my trusty air hammer. It works just as well for a lot less money.
You should only remove a little bit of the surface, think more like scraping the carbon off the surface.2 washers would be way too much. If you don’t clean the injector seat , it will leak again
