In this episode... We get into another DIY Project and this time is a wooden bat rack! Winter is upon us, its cold outside...not much to do outdoor wise, or at least that we are going to brave. So we move to indoor projects and we were in desparate need of some bat storage. This is a simple and cheap project that solves our problem of bats just laying around the garage with no place to call hom...

If so, could i then spray a clear coat on them to gloss them up? Just a heads up, I've NEVER done any painting of any kind... but I'm getting interested

Wondering if I can come up with faster/better clamping system to put tube on/take off roof rack between trips. Ideas anyone?

    Eat the hell outta these things on Kent Island (Maryland). One thing I learned was if you soak the fillets in ice water over night with a little salt, it pulls any blood left over out of the fillet, and you end up with pure white awesome fillets. Great video and love seeing kids get out and enjoy nature and family time. Keep up the great work

      Thanks! Typically too many deer here for the browse. They eat things they haven’t before. Bad genetics spread. But the overall quality of food declines as it gets decimated. Population control is a must. We don’t get many big deer. A few make it through all the traffic and hunters who only shoot antlered deer.

    • @SophisticatedRedneckery
      @SophisticatedRedneckery 5 месяцев назад

      No. They got hot but never any issues. You could always drill a couple vent holes in the upper portion of the rod tubes and couple on the bottom to allow air flow. But never an issue.

    Give me some advice please. I would love to do that to my truck about what I would like to do different mounting all of my rocket launcher tubes on my rocking system on top of my truck. Then have my rack for all of my storage going over the top of my rocket launchers so that way I could put more rocket launchers on the bottom I can go all the way across with my rocket launchers. Then have a larger basket going over the top of my rocket launchers so that way I'll have more storage and more rocket launchers for my fishing poles and even things that go boom. So I could protect all of my precious cargo. Is there anyway to put padding on the inside of the rocket launcher tubes the products that you store inside of them won't bang around and get all scratched up and destroyed no matter what you decide to put in them that should be a way to put some kind of padding or something on the inside of them that's waterproof to keep everything in safe and sound condition transporting it to your destination. Please let me know if this is something that you could implement into your project that you just got done on top of your truck do another video if you decide to try to put some kind of padding on the inside of your tubes please let everyone see that video I would love to know if my ideal could be implemented in everybody else's projects just like this please. I really do enjoy watching all of your videos that you upload you do a great job making exciting videos for all of us to watch keep up the great work I can't wait to see your next videos even your old videos that you have posted I'll let you know what I think of all your videos once I get done watching all of them. • @SophisticatedRedneckery
      @SophisticatedRedneckery 6 месяцев назад

      Sounds like you have some great ideas. You could definitely put a row of tubes then secure a rack on top. How you would do that would depend on your set up. I am not sure how you would pad the inside of the tubes.

    I guess I could give you some advice you should have put a dust mask on before you started your project before you started sending your PVC pipe. Because when you turn your sander on dust went up in your face. So next time wear a dust mask or respirator for your protection you do not need to be breathing all that nasty sanding dust. Up into your lungs. Maybe even buy yourself some time back seats and put on so you can keep yourself clean in the process and all your clothing and maybe where are some rubber gloves before you start to keep your hands clean. Hope you remember all the safety data advice I'm giving you I hope you remember all this safety advice I'm giving you it's only for your own protection. You have a family we don't want you to get sick because you are not using your head God gave you. Please be safe when you do all your projects okay. I want to see you back on RUclips doing other projects and not finding out that you got sick and something bad happened to you.
