Thank you for the way you cook okra that's exactly how my mother used to cook and this way was really test I hope you stay on screen showing people the best way of cooking Okra ,you are my star not cooking Okra in oil it is better plain so to test okra not oil but why to take out the seeds but I like how thick is your Okra
