The Cedars Park Challenge
We all know that good physical and mental health depends on getting sufficient fresh air and exercise. Therefore, we are launching the Cedars Park Challenge to our community in the hopes of helping our members stay fit and healthy during these difficult times. . Please adhere to the current government Covid-19 guidelines at all times whilst in the park.

Due to Covid19 restrictions no arrangements could be made this year but members of the Cedars Park Community spontaneously paused during their walk around the park to show their respects to the Fallen. We shall always remember them...regardless!

Remembrance Sunday 2020

Tomorrow is Remembrance Sunday and for the first time in over 100 years we cannot honour the Fallen in the same way. Broxbourne Council has asked us all to stay safe and take part in a show of respect by keeping a 2 minute silence at 11am from our own front doorsteps.

This fantastic event once took place every year. This tradition came into being as a direct result of the heroic actions taken by Admiral Meux and his crew during the Boar War. Later Admiral Meux donated Cedars Park to the people of Cheshunt in 1919.

I already saw a tank in the park ... when I was on a walk in January. I took a lot of photos in the park ..... who knows, maybe I'll make a movie too. Have a nice day - ElaC.
