It is incumbent upon the religious scholars and especially Resident Alim should speak up if the community members are not following true Islam, what are the shortcomings and the solution (how to eradicate these shortcomings). It takes time but where there is a will there is a way. If each of us tries at least one bad sinful habit (like backbiting, telling lies, cheating and gossip etc)and tries to adopt one good habit (like being generous, helpful, giving good advice etc) at least once a day, or a week, or a month, the community will prosper.

We do need to understand that office bearers are 'servants' of the community they come here to serve not 'lead'. Also, we need to understand that everyone has flaws and no one is perfect... if you are 'PUBLICLY' sinning and staunch about it, then you cannot lead, yet as people of a community we should not force people to do things our way, we should also take into account our Prophets (saww) saying that "Think good about a person 70 times even if you see them doing bad". Who is deviating from whom? Are people so stupid to be open to deviate? We will all be questioned on the day of judgement about our Aqeeda (belief system) and why did we hold such a belief? With so many Hauza around the world, everyone can educate themselves and be an expert. It seems what we have learned is to attack each other with regard to the religious belief system, everyone should care about their own belief system and how much time have they spent learning about the religion to discern the truth from falsehood.

But they should realise that they can have an opinion but they could also be wrong. They have further sought to woefully and grossly misrepresent the statement of Ayatullah Shaykh Jafar Subhani, and misquote it out of context, in order to sensationalize and give a dramatic flair to their video, and thereby mislead and deceive the public into thinking that what they are claiming is actually his position or something he has written, when that is patently not the case. What they have tried to pin on him amounts to a lie against him, a gross and brazen misrepresentation of his statement, and a decontextualised misapplication of what he actually said about a hypothetical scenario to an actual respectable scholarly position within the school of Ahlul Bayt (as) that is based on solid evidence from the Quran, Ahlul Bayt (as), as well as writings of scholars who have stood true to them, both in the past and in the present. Since denial of the permissibility of Istighatha or even Tawassul does not involve removal of Allah (SWT) from any chain of causation as has been beautifully explained in the video, but rather removal of secondary links in the chain of approach, Shaykh Subhani’s statement cannot be applied to those who deny the permissibility of Tawassul or Istighatha as AFTAB eSHIA has attempted to do, for the simple reason that no one in this Ummah rejects Allah’s Role as the Supreme Cause behind all causes in the chains of causations for both ordinary as well as extraordinary acts. Salaam بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم some useful stuff in his lectures but there is some bad too take the good leave the bad say this as You see in his shabAshur lecture 2022 (night at Leicester mksi 10 takfir) is where Syed Nakshwani is applying disingenuous brainwashing in the name of the greater good. The greatness of the Shia people who have giants within the populous Alhamdolillah whether the lady that bankrupted Umars false beliefs or Mauwiyas false beliefs and paid with her life is that they have a Divine right to an opinion whether Sayed Nakshwani likes it or not(as the nods of agreement because people wanted to express support for proper view that the prophet does not forget despite what some shias say but Syed said valid Shia opinion that prophet is forgetful ) are not tribalism but the essence of being Shia. and often they have the duas of the imams 100% full backing and thanks. The nods are not tribalism as the Sayed would have you believe (he told them off for nodding in the name of valid Shia opinion that the prophet forgets even many Sunnis don’t say he does) but Ukal and fitrat. just as my 5 year old would laugh at the teacher that says his super great grandfather was a monkey. In one lecture he had the audacity to say close the door on believers to the people of Ali who could have completely genuine reasons for being late! God Himself closed the doors on the ones who forget but left Ali’s door open. To the one who closed the door he will have to justify why he did to his Imam saying the scholar told me never washes with the imams, becaause we have ukal ( maybe the British Shia put the Uk in ukal or was it the Azad Kashmiris…Akal) I say audacity because he himself was late to the Yemen lecture where maybe the polite well mannered youth secretary ( a credit to mksi and his parents ) instead of apologising for the Syed should have closed the doors . In letter number 28 reply to Mauwiya Imam Ali says “We are the direct recipients of our Lord's favours while others receive favours from us after that.” If a sheikh tells you it’s shirk to ask Imam Ali for these bounties doing the Whabbi’s work we have the right to shake our heads ‘everything encompassed by bounties’ includes children. There are well documented cases of people asking directly from Abbas say and miraculously recovered and further Hazrat Abbas confirming he gave shifa. The padre asked the prophet for children and he sent him to ask Hussain. Further there is a Sunni and Shia hadeeth that the prophet said I do not fear from my ummah Shirk . If you see any good it’s from the blessings of the Imam if you see any bad it’s from myself. May Allah keep us modest and humble in all circumstances not thinking we are Gods gift wasalaam .
