I have the same problem like yours this summer. The rodent chewed the trunk of my orange plant. I also used the similar trap as yours but it is metal and heavy.

Hello .... I'm going to try and root a small branch like you did and I''m going to try your Air Layering technique. You were saying your plant was beginning to yellow and after watching your video I can understand why. You cut the bark and scrath off the cambium layer completely around the small branch. That is why the branch is yellowing because the plan uses the outer layer just below the bark to transfer nutrients and water to the rest of branch. Just a though, Perhaps you leave 30-40% of the cambium/bark layer on and just scrape 60-70% of the bark ? That should leave you enough area to root, while keeping the remaining branch alive and healthy. Just a thought. My Father taught me how to Bud different species of plants on a base rooting stock, and the "Outer layer of Bark" is Critical to keep the branch alive.

Living next to pico is not exactly a great address. Getting the homeless off the streets is a priority. Nimbys and their lawsuits add 30 percent to most projects.

Hi Yang, my friend has given me a pot of epiphyllum a month ago. It has sprouted lots of leaves and there are flower buds too but some of the flower buds turned yellow. Is there a need for me to add fertiliser? If yes, what type do you recommend? Thank you very much.
