Hello Babak, if we have a ceiling below floor we should consider it as a floor above unconditioned area right? Also, in my opinion we should always choose the floor above unconditioned space choice as a safety factor if any unpredictable shutdown or maintinance happened
there is an automatic way to set the percentage in the schedule profile instead of dragging down the bar you can write in the left box below the profile name the hours you want to adjust for example if you want to make all the hours at 0% you can write 00-23 in the left box and in the right write the percentage you want and you can do it multiple time for different hours
Great video!! What if I have a canopy over a rollup door? From what I see in the program the shades are based on the windows, but can I add it for doors? Thanks!!
Isn't it necessary to take into account the partitions? Because the definition of spaces is roughly for the whole floor without any partitions.

Hi Sir, good video explaining HAP input. Can you elaborate more on heat load dissipated from equipment? I always assume 100% power input of the equipment (Oven/Microwave/Laptop/Printer/Lab fumehood equipment) and etc.
This topic depends on project application. In a number of cases this effect might be negligible unless the impact is considerable ( example: industrial kitchen or IT server rooms etc)
how to do hydraulic calculation in revit,i am missing this part in your series.can you please inform how to do hydraulic calculation for sprinkler in revit
I have never tried this type of calculation in Revit. I may look in to it in future. Thanks for showing interest in these series.

Hi Sir / Hi people, in SI :) for Estimating Infiltration what i do is air change rate = 0.6 * Ventilation of conditioning air requirements in m3/s from table Outdoor Air requirement Ashrae Standards 62 says 0.0025 m3/s per square meter , then : airflow = (volume of space × air change rate) ÷ 3,600, Sensible heat infiltration : QS = 1,210 [J/m3 • ºK] × airflow × ΔT = [W] ; Latent Heat infiltration : QL = 3,010 × airflow × ΔW ; wf in J/kg

Hello Unfortunately HAP does not have detail climatic data for every city in every country. The weather data for specific cities are available in ASHRAE publications or local climatic codes and standards. the information for these spaces have to be imported into HAP project manually. I may be able to create a video on this topic. cheers

That is a chemical pot feeder. The chemical is used in a mixture with the hydronic fluid mainly to avoid piping corrosion due to oxidization.
