An iPhone movie shot by Austin Hironaka along with a few clips from friends along the way. This film features my friends and peers in the PNW car community. NNG
Does this raise the height of the seat at all?
Ok so i got a question will this work if i did an jdm table conversion if it works im getting it now
Has the RHD one been made yet?
Dang, looks complicated af, don’t want to swivel that badly lol good luck
What size K02 on the white RD1?
Your website says this product is not available would you have a date line in mind inventory will replenish?
Great job! I’m so thankful for people who do custom work 👍🏼 looks OEM
❤ Do you have this for Honda CRV 2011?
What was up with the jumper process? Is that because you disconnected the seat plugs?
Why do you need to "rest" the SRS light? And do you plug the yellow plug back in? And why does the SRS light come on? And what was that little tab that was removed for?
I believe it's to reset any errors that might come up from disconnecting it and reconnecting it.
Having a video is great but I had to slow down the playback speed to 25% to see what you were doing in the video. I installed the passenger side today and I'll be doing the driver's side tomorrow. Since the kits don't include any printed instructions please re-edit this video to more clearly show what you're doing. You've created real quality products here. The overall fit snd finish is something that just needs to be seen to be appreciated.
Could you tell me what kind of paint you used. Does it require primer?
Is it safe to drive with a passenger in it facing the rear? What happens with the airbag?
Common sense says that's definitely NOT safe.
Just purchased one today, I think I can do this lmao
Wow I need both and you did a amazing cut out and kept it clean ..
Bro I just got an element and thinking about a swivel. Looks a bit intense but doable ha ha
Great product. Any plans for a RDH version?
I'm helping my brother install one of these before heading out to a Element gathering!
Let us know how you do with removing the T27 and T40 torx security screws. This part is really downplayed in the video.
I am in the process right now. The T27 and T40 are challenging. Heating with a torch is critical-I don’t know how I would have gotten them off without it. Also, it’s not possible to do it with a screwdriver handle. You need a short extension that will connect to a ratchet. I didn’t have a square ratchet to hex connector so I struggled to unscrew it using vice grips.
@@davidstirling6063 you are exactly right. I got the first 5 of the 6 Torx bolts out, but the 6th was a pain until I heated it to 400F. Also, mine were NOT security Torx as he claims in the video.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
These thing will sell 100% faster if it half the price. Creator need to consider quantitative profiting, instead of relying on unique profit product. Just redesign it to where it can fit into a few more vehicles. That's the niche for propelling this product.
Just put mine in today. The upper bolt at 4:14 would only half thread into the bolt without the washer (too short). You think it’ll be okay? Also, the swivel lever catches on the frame of the swivel seat itself, also normal? I also didn’t have to reset my airbag btw!
I doesn’t show in the video.. does can the front doors close when the seat is 180 rotated? I’d assume so, but thought I’d confirm.
Wish they weren't still out of stock for my 2005.
Pretty cool mod
Please add some measurements for the cuts necessary for the rear floor trim piece. Some specifics would be very helpful.
Send me one ☝️
New sub#253 via Mindy! I have a 2022 CRV, looking forward to Friday live 👍
Sponsor me bro send me one for my element
Just ordered today. Can’t wait
So passenger side seat can’t have a arm rest I’m guessing ?
I can not confirm or deny that yet. I havent had a chance to test one with an armrest. The Element works WITH passenger armrest. The Second Gen CRV DOES as well. There is good chance but like I said, I don't have your answer yet.
Super cool
How much??!
They are $495 for a introductory price.
So much room for activities.
Woooww , i want it😍
Yesssssss!!!! Say less!!
There is some way to find someone who can install it in Kansas City, MO?
I know it’s a long shot but do you have any idea if it’ll work with a 2000 sf Subaru forester
Hi Hiro. Is the last step to reset the SRS light a must? Because after installing and pluging, everything in. When i turn on my car, the SRS light only stays on for a bit and turns off.
Great video! I’m not typically handy with these types of things, however, this instructional video was perfect. I just installed my swivel seat on my 03 Honda. Thanks so much!
Hi, I’d like to know if you can do that same thing with a 2016 Honda CR-V ?
Do you also work with 2016 Honda CR-V ?
Does the $500 price inclued both seats or is that per seat?
Per seat
WHEN are these going to be restocked????????
So stoked to get mine installed , I was lucky enough to get one in the silent auction at the PNW meet, passenger side for now , but I will have the driver too eventually. Unfortunately its 120 here in Phoenix so garage time is not high on my list right now
Why is it okay to remove those welded support pieces - safety wise?
Is it safe to assume the airbag harness gets re attached after the "jumper Reset" or does it remain unplugged?
Finally done with the passenger-side install! Let's check out the installation for the driver side, it should be about the same....😳
cant wait to get my hands on one of these and make some videos
Thanks for making this video! I'm trying to take off my driver seat and it's driving me crazy! My driver seat doesn't slide forward as much as my passenger seat and I can't, for the life of me, remove the plastic guard under the seat to reach to rear seat bolts. PLEASE HELP!
😎🙏
