I can imagine the van begging for mercy and Douglas taking none of that, refusing to forgive him because of how the van effected him before, but the van making one last plea that would force Douglas to at last accept his forgiveness, despite his anger and grudge against him, before the van was gone in a second. 16:28 - 16:37 I find it interesting on how the van's roof is pointing diagonally upward toward Douglas, almost like it was his snowplow. And Douglas just standing there in shock at what he just did.
