This is wrong. Push the holder down towards the floor *while also pushing the zipper towards the floor into the holder. Then zip up.

I can't believe I came here to watch this and found so many people had the same problem! I was going mad! For me the best solution (works flowlessly) is to grab the jacket from the clothing bit next to the zipper (do not touch the zipper, neither left nor right) and let the zip insert itself. Then you can pull up the tab!

SHAKE ZIPPER WHILE PULLING IT UP 100% works everytime

A much better way I learned from a English girls video is to shake the zipper not even touching it after you slide it in slot works perfectly every time

Getting into a solid and low tuck is tiring but pretty essential to get past the flat sections...

For a £1000 coat the quality of the zips are pathetic.

For right-handed people, here's the key: never hold or even touch the zipper with your left hand. Instead, grap hold of the cloth besides the zipper when you try to zip. It will work every time.

-30 outside and was trying to zip for a good 5 min with my freezing hands... really frustrating and deceiving from CG... have anyone changed or repair the zipper?? or found a solution
