Hey, i have a 92 cherokee 4 door with a 4.5-inch lift and 33s. The speedo isnt accurate and ive got to drive in 3rd gear to avoid transmission shifting in n oit of 4th, and everyone is saying i should regear because of the tires and lift to fix that. My question is should i regear first and then get a locker or can i get a locker in the mean time and be fine?

I just ordered mine after ripping it all apart to change a few bad coil packs and replacing all the spark plugs. 🤦‍♂️

I am fascinated with this disc brake conversion project, watching every video available. But no one seems to offer a practical reason for performing the upgrade. If nothing else, drum breaks last significantly longer than disc brake pads, so is there a practical reason for doing the upgrade?

I came running to RUclips to see how the install is. My truck got broken into LAST NIGHT (Houston). Purchased OEM glass off eBay will be here in a week.. I’ll be looking back at your video for install (mine happened to be the rear driver window). $111 for OEM glass and DIY install. Hope all works out. Thanks for the video

If there was ever a reason NOT to buy a Ford, this debacle is sure a great reason not to. A company that builds Thousands of engines that cant even keep the spark plugs installed in the heads. What kind of idiots would buy these vehicles. Oh, lets not forget about the design where the spark plugs break off in the heads. A real POS company !!

How was the price?

What about the AMC Eagle platform that actually holds the title for the first American unibody 4X4 that was offroad "capable". AMC Eagle actually is looked on as the first American "crossover " vehicle before that word was conceived. Roy Lunn, the designer of both the Eagle and the XJ, paved the way with his Eagle design, proving its viability. Then he brought about our beloved XJ after he had proved his point. I am not a keyboard warrior, nor a Debbie Downer to you, Sir. I just want to highlight that AMC had a brilliant man behind these two classic vehicles and many more. I am a Jeep feller, and I love the XJ extensively. I have two 1990 Renix 5 Speeds. That being said, I also have two (82 &83 model) AMC SX/4 in my stable. Mr. Lunn was a genius!

Just paid $900 to have that replaced.

These have a 4-6mo lifespan. That was my personal experience, and is noted many times in the 1 and 2 star reviews on Amazon. This is a crap product.

What happens if you don’t put those axel caps in ?

In 2wd part time (front differential disconnect from the tires ) won’t there be zero affect with a front lunch box and in 2wd ? Is this video for people using their vehicle in AWD .

Probably a stupid question. My 99 xj front dana 30 has a spartan locker. I need to ball joints. Do the axle shaft just slide right out? Or will rhe locker fall at all inside the diff? C-clips on shaft? Don't want to rip it apart without knowing i have everything i need. It's my daily
