You put that third node multiplier at 21:23 in a spot where it will not buff anything. If you look at the icon design on the right, it shows what slot the buff applies to.

If anyone else hasn't commented on it yet, you chose to put a LOT of skills into the turret and the ally, but you chose the absolute worst hull for that (a small fast fighter) Thus you were limited to one turret and one ally. From what little I know, if you go minion build, you need to go all out and use a carrier hull so you can have many allies and turrets. The ultimate form you go with there is that you lose the ability to do damage yourself, and all of your pets do the damage.

Hyperboost increases your thrusters and fire rate significantly for like 15s And yes, you can pass on upgrades to build up multiple at once. Useful early when you're getting a crazy amount of XP and can't afford to spend whenever you get it instantly.

Controller is honestly barely any different from keyboard. It's longer to do level ups, but in terms of play, it's arguably easier depending on your mods. It definitely pays to hold fire 80% of the time tho

I honestly don't know what that purple thing does in the cave that you put stuff in it, i had the resource converter + iron worms and i putted at least 100 iron in it and NOTHING happened, i feel so scammed

I tried making an underground reservoir from a brook If I didn't put a door up my fortress would have become an underwater cave system
