can u plz make a video from how to remove a typewriter body of plastic i got one thats all around the machine and i dont know how to remove it i dont see screws or any things to get my machine of his body because the type bar is loose of the machine when i put it to the begin its shooting back becvcause theres a screw missing were a coil was on but i can replace it because the body needs to be removed my model is a rover 2000 from the netherlands

I really wanted one of these but, when I got one boy was it gunked up, more expensive to repair that what it was worth, sad to see these machines dying off. I did however get my hands on a nice smith corona XL-1800, if you want a nice electric one get a smith corona XL series or a IBM Wheelwriter
