We already swapped it for laminate but we did get some transfer due to our socks. But that’s because (like I’ve mentioned to others in the comments it’s because I used too much dye. So add s bit of the dye and test a spot inside of a closet or something. Too much dye tends to just become residue.

Of course! It’ll be super shiny like a fridge though. But durable for sure.

I used the hottest water in my sink. I used the bottles. It’s different for everyone. I would use the least amount at first. Better lighter and go darker if needed. I think I used too much but it was too late because it was super dark.

Yes but I would try a spot clean first. I have scrubbed it with soap and water and it doesn’t budge! But test it out.

It was $7000 for the laminate and install. Took a while to save but we did it!

@ourclassichome I did my house for about $4k. I ordered flooring online from home depot, then got on yelp for a contractor, who installed the flooring and new baseboards. Always shop around.

@@kewlztertc5386 we did just ran into lots of low areas that had to be filled and it was about 1300sqft not counting bedrooms. Oh! Not to mention 1000sqft of tile removal which was horrible

@ourclassichome ouch! I had a room with ceramic tile, the contractor used padding on that room. The laminate had pre-installed padding, so it wasn't needed for the rest of the house. I bet you're happy to have it done. I love my new floor as I hate carpet. The next thing you absolutely must buy is one of these vacuum mop robots. I recommend the Dreame L20 ultra. Also there's a product called "QuickShine" ($9.99), that temporarily makes your floors shine like glass. It's super easy just mop 3 coats. I use it when guests are coming over. Congratulations on your new floors.

Its appliance paint think of it like cutting on your fridge. Its pretty durable, BUT i would never cut on a countertop no matter what it is, marble, laminate, quartz. Always use a cutting board for cutting and a trivet for hot items. Hope that helps! thanks for watching!

If you’ll be using liquid epoxy over the whole thing then you can just use any paint underneath. The clear liquid epoxy is a very hard shell and will protect any paint at all. I just never used it because I’m terrified of the drips and the whole mixing of the 2 parts thing. Haha. Anyway thanks for watching! 😊

Theres no need. It is appliance paint and epoxy, feel the surface of your fridge..that's how it comes out, no need for a top coat and it is not suggested on the can. It comes out like a great hard shiny shell. Thanks for watching!

There were studs on the edges and i think one in the middle. But I was able to wedge it into the top edge of the tub. Since it was a jet tub I needed to make it removable so we can check the motor and plumbing if needed.

Yes it’s a 55 and over. The schools are for the workers that work in the businesses there. My cousin works at the charter school there.

Not to be rude but it isn’t all 55 and up I have family that live there. You might want to find out a little more about it.

and so you know, I am a realtor and I know for a fact that The Villages are all 55+ someone in the home must be 55+ unless they are NOT going by the rules. I have the MLS, all listings say 55+ only, and I can never get anyone in there under 55 years old, they must meet with the association and all that is verified. so I'm not sure whats going on with your friends. maybe ask them how they were able to do it.

It’s the best in my opinion

It’s alright as long as you don’t drag appliances across the counter with sharp feet. I put little felt feet on everything.

Yes the poly acrylic. The 3 coats worked better but you’re free to put as many as you have patience for just let it dry between coats
