First, we study the good effects of the LPG Policy and discuss all the positive outlook like how the economy became vibrant and it lead to the production of industrial goods. The fiscal deficit also declined along with keeping the inflation on check. The foreign exchange reserves also increased which was the main point of adopting LPG policy.
