I have a close friend that was fishing off the coast that night and swears it was a missile that took it down. When he told the FBI what he saw, they didnt take his statement and never talked to him again...i find that suspicious in and of itself.

Absolutely no credibility to this report as over 100 witnesses gave independent yet practically identical testimony as to seeing a stream of exhaust from a projectile aimed at the plane. Why was the FBI even involved in the investigation when the NTSB should have been in charge. Of over 30 vessels in the area only one has not been identified and that was the one closest to the crash site.

Several years after TWA 800 I was attending an investment conference in Reno Nevada. During the lunch break I learned my lunch partner was a retired 747 Pilot. He told me that through his contacts he knew that on that fateful day that the plane that was in the takeoff cue in front of TWA 800 was an EL AL plane. At the last moment they had "mechanical failure issues" and left the cue. TWA 800 took its place, taking off in its time slot. Apparently there was someone with a missile waiting to shoot down the EL AL plane. They mistakenly shot down TWA 800 instead.

I remember they came up with a story of there was luggage on the jet and no one on the plane that matches the name.they said that's why the flight was delayed so long.then they claimed they found the passenger and they immediately took off.they had to make up something to explain the delay and come up with the a/c was overheating the fuel.i never believed the lost passenger luggage story.first of all virtually everyone involved with the lost passenger story had died in the crash.

If true I suspect he was on plane list but didnt make the plane and had it shot down to seem dead and thus escape the clutch of all the cases against him all the fraud and the millionaires he defrauded

If the Clintons wanted this guy, or anybody on the plane dead....why not just have security at the airport pull them aside, and toss them in the ocean? Numerous witness described three projectiles towards flight 800. If it was some sort of “mistake” by a Naval vessel, why were three missiles fired? One? Okay maybe....but three? Cui bono? Who benefits? If there was a reason to kill a passenger or passengers, why on the plane and not anywhere else where there would be so many other victims? Why so close to the coast line where so many people would see what happened? There was a lot of ocean between America and France. Plenty of space to shoot down a target where there would be no witnesses. None of it makes much sense, but it is obvious that there was a massive cover up. The FBI never should have been involved until there was evidence of a crime. The FBI controlled the investigation completely, only allowing the NTSB to see what they wanted them to see. Photos were destroyed, tales were edited, evidence was tampered with....this is all certain.
