You have to realise this is a comeback diet. It is designed to make u loose weight fast its a temporary fix not a lifestyle change. Take it with a grain of salt
I’m doing this diet starting from tomorrow!! I will keep you updated every day to motivate me Sw:65 gw:60 Day1: I missed up a little today because I had a family dinner so I ate pasta for dinner Day2: w:63.8 omg!! I am starting this diet for an upcoming event! I will do it for a week just like the video🐠 height: 169 cm current weight: 60.8 2nd day: 59.9 OMG!! This actually made me feel really happy because i was skeptical that it wouldn’t work. I ate a slice of cake as it was my closed one’s birthday with a beer on the side. I drank chia water in the morning also! day 3: 59.2 day 4: 58.2
My weight now is 53.65 and I want to reach 45. I am very disappointed My height is 150 cm 😔👍🏻Someone encourage me?

i think this kind of diet is fine..as long u dont do this for a long period..some people even do a 7 day fast..and they are just fine i guess..😅
Just do this diet if you have upcoming event.. I did this and went from 46/47kg to 42kg in a week and workout too.. im 160cm btw and literally balancing my weight at 44kg.. this literally help me so much

Guys, you mustn't do this; it's totally wrong. You will lose muscle, not fat (the women shouldn't take less than 1200 and the men shouldn't take less than 1500). Let me explain that when you eat less than you need, your body feels hungry, and it stores fat to keep you alive. We need all nutrients, either fat, carbohydrate, or protein (in a specific amount). It's easy to lose weight. You can eat what you want, but in a smaller amount; drink enough water; sleep well; be active; and the most important factor is stress. Take your time with your journey; results take time. It's lifestyle, not starvation. ❤❤

Please never do this diet again, its only 400 calories, even 1200 calories is too little.

i remember doing this when i was 17 yrs old 163cm and 57kg, ppl are always calling me fat that's why i did MULTIPLE crash diets for years. I lost weight but gained it all back from 57kg to 50 now bounced to 76kg. 🥲
I'll be trying out this deit from tmrw. But ill be adding a salad for dinner to make it to 1000 calories.. Gonna comment down weight for accountability

You are not encouraging it but you do it plus a video, you are sharing your results... this type of video should not exist. You can see that some people in the reviews are trying it and they're "happy" with the results.

Apple, sweet potato and protein shake are healthy food but they are just good for snacks. That's why this diet is unhealthy
Moreover, she probably lost a lot of muscles on this diet. If you’re not overweight, it’s normal for your body to lose 0,5 kg per week, more is unhealthy.

I did this diet one time for 10 days and went from 53 to 47. It was bearable that time but I don’t think I’ll ever do it again.

@@denisebal8415 Yess… and I messed up my stomach too I couldn’t eat a proper meal I would constantly get diarrhoea it took about 2 months for me to eat normally again

@@Pr66ttyangel I did. I’m at 57kg right now 😭 it’s depressing but I can’t restrict myself anymore cus I have low blood pressure. I’m not exactly happy with my body right now but I think having a healthy body is important. Stay safe 🤗

@@CamillaMehdiyev Yes I did, I had to gain it back aswell, but If you wanna do it, drink a lot of water, cuz If you don't, you'll lose weight, yeah..but then when you eat normally again, then you'll gain a lot back. And btw, I didn't rlly lose HALF my weight, it was exeragated, but damn I lost a lot that actually effected me-

I checked the daily calories and it's close to only 400 and that's without including exercise. That kinda sounds like an ana diet ngl

I'd add some eggs to that lunch, and change the fruit in the morning otherwise it's too boring! I might try it for 3 days tho...with 2 eggs and the sweet potato

I'd say try different types of pumpkin ! So many of them have tons of amazing nutrients & they taste amazing 👏🏼

Guys please don’t do this, there are healthy ways to loose weight and keep it off. This is not healthy and will only have a negative long term effect on your overall health. Please try to be kind to your mind and body and learn sustainable ways to take care of yourself🫶🤍✨

Don’t actually try the IU diet peeps! It is really unhealthy for you and there are many other healthier options. After all I am right now at 39kilos. Plus u might pass out!!!

guys, please DONT do this diet. IU herself sad its really bad and she will never do it again, this isn’t even a diet it’s basically starving yourself..your body needs other nutrients. It’s unsafe, it may look “easy” but it isn’t if you keep doing it. You’re beautiful and amazing, u don’t need to starve urself to look like someone else, if you do wanna change do a diet NOT starving urself. No matter who you are or what you look like, ur you and no one can change that <3✨💓

IU diet is so unhealthy. It going to cause many problems. Your brain your skin and important organs will all got bad effect. I've tried unhealthy diet like this kind before. Please! DON'T TRY IT Better do the IF method and eat healthy.
