@8:06, the proper term in at least American English for those fabric patterns is plaids. Most of those prints are plaids; only a couple of them I would call checks, like the black and white “checkerboard” pattern.

I don't follow fashion trends. It's a waste of time and money. Buy good quality clothes, wich flatter your body size and complection. Make a capsule warderobe, adding the odd item from sales. I have 40+ year old clothes I can still use, because they're not trendy... L💋ve from Norway 👩‍🦳🇳🇴

High waisted jeans

I Love low waist, but I cant wear them because of my bodytype. So I prefere schowing my legs in slim fitted Jeans and oversized Sweaters or cardigans to hide my belly.

Yeah. high rise! It's OK to wear a low rise once in a while to break it up, but classy high rise are the ones I will wear most of the time.

High waisted jeans or waistline styles. Please....no low riders anymore😂
