You want the truth? I think it was a pile of the smaller smiling critters. AKA, the Orphans. because I believe thats what happened to "The Children". They each got turned into the smaller toys. you can hear little kids giggle as you travel through the playhouse.

Personally, I think the Protagonist is Bron The Dinosaur (AKA Thomas Clark). •Explains why he’s mute. •all the bigger bodies ganged up on him. •He apparently lost a lot of his memories as a human. •He wasn’t there as a human or Toy for the Hour of Joy. •Grab Pack makes up for the loss of hands. •His experiment was a precursor to The Bigger Bodies Initiative. (Thus, his guilt) He seems to be a good blank to project ourselves onto.

I'm fairly inclined to believe the second theory. It's pretty clear at this point that the Prototype has been choosing not to attack the Player or their allies for whatever plan he has in store, and his authority over the enemy toys shouldn't be ignored if they're all still here after the Hour of Joy. It wouldn't be out of character for him to tell his subordinates to hold back on killing us until the right moment.

This theory makes sense but I thought this was a little obvious. Still enjoyed the video.

I think the success of the transition is based on the health of the human ... Brons human had cancer... catnap human got electrocuted and burned so his voice is damaged.. poppy was in catnaps gas to maintain health and now out is seeming to slowly deteriorate... kissy was seen holing a photo that was in the home sweet home bear the hospital looking rooms... Bobby bear hug seems to have been too sick to transition...1006 is probably the only experiment able to heal himself or add the needed equipment to himself... I think that Elliot Ludwig was obsessed with saving sick children looking for ways to extend life avoid sickness and even potentially find a way to transition into another human body.. either that or the company took it that way after he was turned into 1006 thinking he'd be unable to do anything he was able to rebuild himself while they tried to recreate his formula for evil .. just my thoughts

My theory some toys voice box got damaged like catnap and some toys don’t have a voice box so they can’t sleep

What if all the toys can speak but chose not too so the prototype cant mimic their voice, so they remain silent

I think it is either Huggy Wuggy Or a New Monster

Huggy wuggy is clearly the kid tha was fount on Elliot property with no organs the house huggy went to after escaping the facility is Eliot Ludwig property

I believe it is Huggy Wuggy under the prototypes control. This is because Kissy Missy didn’t want to take part in the hour of joy, so the prototypes sent Huggy out after his fall to kill Kissy.

Another question is why do we see nightmare huggy wuggy? I know were hallucinating when this is happening but we have seen huggy's face and meet him in person, so why do we see the nigthmare version instead of the actual version?

Im surprised you didn't mention huggy as a possibility even though he is the one with the most evidence and kinda confirmed by the game

Imagine if no one attacked her and this is just an act put on by Poppy and Kissy.

It couldn’t have been boxy because there are parts of him in the shrine and I doubt he is walking around missing limbs especially against kissy who has the same body as Huggy who can smash through a heavy duty metal door. A crippled boxy wouldn’t have stood a chance if he was even alive.

I have a theory, it was killy willy. In project playtime we can use different skins for the monsters, kissy for huggy and daddy long legs for mommy. All of which are actual monsters. But for huggy we can also play as killy. A loading screen you can chose that reinforces this is called killy willy escape or something similar. We see multiple people running away with killy willy being in the centre with mommy and boxy next to him. Since killy willy is related to huggy and kissy, he woulld have had a similar scream, explaining the first scream. Also, poppy says in chp 3 something along the lines of "catnap is the last obstacle the prototype has placed before us." and "you killed huggy, you killed mommy..." Since by his side was boxy and mommy, only they and the prototype knew about his existence, since he could have made a replacement for huggy/kissy. He maybe did it so he could have a better version of them or he knew kissy was a traitor and huggy wasn't good enough would be killed. The prototype knew huggy or kissy wouldn't like that or the other toys and might retaliate, so he kept that secret from them, but told mommy and catnap, the only toys he could trust to keep it a secret and still be loyal towards him.

But if it is Huggy, we gotta figure out why he attacked kissy

Another possibility is that it's all a hallucination and it was cat nap, one way is if in chapter 5 if we have our hand or not
