Pokeweed grows around our chicken pen, I don't know if they eat the berries, I bet they do, little buggers, but it's never been a problem. I know other birds eat the berries, those are the reason for the purple streaks on your car long after the blackberries are gone. 😂😂😂

I love the smell of dog fennel. Smells piney and like country to me. Works really well to smoke the plants over a small fire. Also, something that works better than dog fennel is American Beautyberry leaves. Chop and Soak in Rubbing alcohol for about 36-48 hours , strain into a spray bottle and you’re done. When you spray it on your skin the alcohol evaporates but leaves behind the chemical in the leaves. It’s completely odorless and studies show that it is as effective as Deet. Nice video btw.

Bull thistles are GREAT for drawing in pollinators! And, unlike other flowers, the thorns will keep cats and other animals away from damaging them. Hell, they're tough, they grow anywhere, and the bees adore them. Sign me up!
