This is court music from the Ming dynasty. It's now only played at Taoist Joss Houses in China. It's a very lively style. It's a dying art though, as the modern Chinese orchestra is becoming more common. But the modern Chinese orchestra is full of western influence, while Yanyue is native to China

Song Tau Trong Ken literally means "Duet of the Drum and Ken". The drum plays complicated rhythms while the Ken Bau plays virtuous melodies. The song is actually a combination of Ma Vu (Horse Dance) and Du Xuan (Spring Walk). They are played at royal banquets. I do not own anything in the video, no copyright infringement intended

Nha Nhac Vietnamese Court music. Long Ngam is a type of Buddhist ritual song, called Ngu Doi. They fall into the Tieu Nhac Category. Tam Luan Cuu Chuyen is a Nha Nhac song in the Dai Nhac repritoire. Dai Nhac are songs reserved for rituals involving the Emperor. Nha Nhac is Vietnamese court music. It first developed in the Tran Dynasty, but it's highest point in development was the Nguyen Dynasty. It has strong Khmer, Champa, and Chinese influences. So most of you have seen my first Gagaku video. As you know, Saibara Gagaku doesn't use a lot of percussion, or a lot of Sho use. This is a type of music of the Naxi people, called Dongjing. It's origins lie in banquet music from the royal court, called Yanyue (Not to be confused with Yayue). I originally made the mistake of thinking this was Yayue. Thanks to Rotenka for informing me. (You should all subscribe to Rotenka's channel. He has some awesome Chinese music)

So I watched the live version of Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni, and there was a Kagura Dance in it. I liked the flute melody and the drums. I found the exact flute melody online, but it didn't have the Kakegoe Shouts and Drums, so I used FL Studio and Sound Samples to put in Kakegoe Shouts and a Shime Daiko drum. Hope you guys enjoy

Koromogae is a Saibara song similar to that of the song Etenraku. It is part of the Togaku sect of Gagaku. Togaku literally means Tang Dynasty Music because it originates from the Tang Dynasty. Saibara songs are songs that use little percussion and use vocal accompaniment. I own nothing, everything is used under "Fair Use"
