WeDive is a community of passionate divers devoted to the highest standards of diving.
With the lack of diving regulations in Lebanon, we set our own standards to maximize fun while minimizing risk by providing a full range of education to our divers.
This group of individuals is led by a qualified team of instructors, headed by Alain Najm - a committed veteran diver and instructor trainer with different international diving and medical agencies for more than 15 years.
This community’s activities revolve around fun diving, while providing SCUBA training (from beginner up to the most advanced levels), local trips and underwater explorations, regional/international diving trips, and much more.

Squid couple during mating season. Squids tend to become very territorial when they're laying eggs: the female keeps checking on the eggs while the male tries to scare off any intruder by swimming up to them and flashing colors and spreading its tentacles. This is a very small excerpt of 15 minutes we've spent with this couple of squids. After all, squids are always fun to watch!

Hi! Thank you for this tips. Please continue to make new education videos. Maybe can you make video about back forward movement aka "Divemaster Position"? I remember it was not easy to doing it at first time and to control of depth level.

+wedive mena I'm sorry but english is not my native language. Let imagine you are sitting on a chair and start to move the fins. You will look forward but move backward. Diveleaders often do this :-) Do you understand what I am talking about?
+Nickolay Sosnitsky don't worry about the language, it's not my native language neither :) i think i understood what you mean. if you watch this movie at 0:50, you will see the 5 propulsion techniques that we exclusively use (some use 6 actually but that's just a detail at this stage). as explained in the movie, we use these techniques because they are safe on the environment in the first place, and also because they are efficient in terms of team positioning and not ruining visibility. if i got you correctly, you are asking for a propulsion technique where your body is vertical (more or less). we do not recommend such techniques because, other than the fact that they are not efficient, they are prone to hurt the environment (water jet downward will either harm living organisms or stir up the bottom even). we will be more than happy to discuss this further, but maybe we need to communicate more interactively. feel free to contact us at our page facebook.com/wedivemena and we will be more than happy to help :)
