Delta Air Lines Boeing 757-300 Pratt & Whitney PW2000 PW2040 Take Off
767-400 is so underrated but I really love how it shares similarities to the 777.
Very similar to B777 cockpit
Very good !
The 400 version is a smaller version of the 777
Never compare such a masterpiece to a 777, the 767 is way better
The TechOps guys keep us all in the air safely. Kudos to a great Delta project by and for it's people. My compliments to TechOps, you guys did a great job on this.
Glad to see what this looks like. I was on a China Airlines A350 last night flying Taipei to London (CI81), where I was at the back waiting for an oolong tea to be made, when suddenly I saw this door pop open and 6 flight attendants all came out within a 5 minute period... I was so surprised because the area itself didn't look that large at all. I had no clue this area even existed, and I've been flying on planes for years!

Comair
nice!
Found very interesting comparing it with a normal A320 cockpit. I wonder, where is the evacuation panel? In case of evacuation only the purser has the EVAC button or is there any procedure on the A330? Thank you very much for the very detailed and slow view across the flightdeck, a real good video to be able to catch all the small details from the flight deck!
shortly after the filming of this video ended, the Boeing plane crashed, while still on the tarmac.
nooooooo this is not thrust reverser, this the door that opens. There is no thrust reverser cuz the damn engine is not on!
The thrust reverser is the name of the component that causes “reverse thrust”
reversoer and reversoer. why bukhtet?
"Sir, that method has been out of protocol since the 1980's. You can ALT+F4"
Was that a fucking snapchat notification sound?
Well that was a let down.
Why?
0:24 you can hear a snap chat message 😂
That’s the beep from my Motorola radio. It beeps when you key the talk button.
Can you post a video showing the flap mechanism on the 767? Thanks
This cockpit is so beautiful! I would definitely enjoy to fly a 767 someday
That is the quickest take off
M827MH 767-400 DELTA
I know this is an older video, but for you aviation enthusiast out there, have I got a story for you. Back in 93 I was a pre-flight inspector for Delta, this was back when we were still doing our own overhauls in Atlanta. After an overhaul the aircraft needed a "Test-hop" which entailed me, 2 pilots in the cockpit and a few people in first class that just wanted to experience one. I would brief the pilots on what we had to do during this test hop which typically took place over Birmingham, AL We all used to joke about that but that's for another story. Anyhow about 7 to 10 people total would get on the 757-200 with the 2037's and be on our way. It was required for MAX take off power and steep climb out to 20k feet then head west to Birmingham where we would do all of the test hop checks. I'm here to tell you one thing, a minimally loaded 757 with only a few people on it, it was like taking off in a rocket. I gave them approval to go to 100% N2 with the brakes on, kick the brakes off and hang on for dear life. I remember one time counting to when the nose gear would lift, around 8 seconds....no kidding. The pilots would have a blast doing this and along with the rest of us. And the climb out to 20k took little to no time. My true love will always be the 57's......Great memories.

Captainsim should take notes
i literally came here just to compare it😭
Heck yea he should and update that 7 s#it 7 he released
FlightFactor's model is not as perfect as PMDG's 777 too, but... Still much better. X-Plane is amazing to program planes and systems now, and its definetely deserves as good devs as FSLabs and PMDG.
@@igornebovflight factor actually made the 767-400er that was a good model but their first 777 isnt great
It sounded like the pump was cavitating on the return stroke.
No it didn’t
Did so.
Very hard to hear the pump cavitating
Great, but can anyone speak jive? M.
I thought I was going to see reverse thrust in action. WTF. click bait BS
The video is titled B737 Thrust Reverser. That’s what I saw
The old uno reverse of thrust
Quite the action packed video! 👍👍
767 is going to make a comeback. No way those MD clowns at Boeing are going to do a 797. They did the 717. They never did a twin. The 787 was the first Boeing to come in late and over budget- and it rolled out with plywood doors! 797 ain’t gonna happen. Get ready for 767 NG! It’s gonna be old skool awesome!
I surely hope so!!!
This didn’t age well.
@@superskullmaster Why?
@@thecomedypilot5894 because Boeing isn’t planning a new plane until the 2030’s and it damn sure ain’t gonna be the 767z
@@superskullmaster The 767 is still a mega work-horse for airlines and still remains very reliable. Delta is struggling to find a suitable replacement for their 767s since the Airbus 330s are way too big and the jet continues to deliver great profit to the company.
One of the best clips on youtube!
Just awesome and amazing.
i think the reverser is malfunctioning. if the reverser is deployed the aircraft should move backward which it isn't.. it means it is faulty.. besides reverser are meant to be deployed only at cruise altitudes to have agility in dog fights. 🙂
Stop doing drugs
@@justing42 lol.
This is just gorgeous 😻😻😻
So the tug gets the heavy up to V1 on its own?
Snapchat notification sound at 0:24 since nobody else has said it..
About 20 people did
Not quite as dramatic as rhe old clam shell style thrust reversers used on the B737-100/-200! Those were fun to watch.
Al Gorhythm brought me here after watching the Anne Heche accident. She didn’t deploy her thrust reverser.
imagine getting your finger caught on the close. Snapped, in place.
- Seems innocuous without the incredible ROAR.
My dumb 🐴 was looking at the thumbnail while the video was playing like "when is it going to move" 😭😭😭
I'm attaching one to my '61 Chevy Corvair.
Back in the days. Engine's had to turn backwards to generate reverse thrust
i dont think they did
Haha
Keep fingers away. 🤡
“…and I’m going to become a hotdog.”
Seems much more efficient these days. Remember the old Pratt and Whitney's that used to put the cups out into the jet exhaust?
How many cups of exhaust does it take to weigh down the airplane so that it doesn't fly away?
@@buckstarchaser2376 42 lol.
That seam is smoother than my career.
Nice, short, well-worded sentence: quite smooth.
Can I use this for my TikTok?
A plane went down because of this feature
It was a mixture of poor engineering and wiring, nowadays much more efficient and less chance of failure.
