Imagine a Anime of Mega Man passing through entire Mega Man Main games Mega Man 1 and 2 being the Mega Man Arc Mega Man 3,4 and 5 being the Proto Man Arc Mega Man 6 being the final of the first Saga Mega Man 7, 8 and Bass being the Bass arc 9, 10 and 11 being the Light and Wily arc explaining After this had a time skip to Mega Man X 1 to 3 being the X saga From 4 to 6 being the Zero Saga, later the 7 and 8 being Axl Saga and a new time skip to the Mega Man Zero.

It's funny to think how in the Classic timeline Willy didn't get the fame he deserved and went full insane with world domination and stuff like that, died without getting what he wanted to then his masterpiece Zero ending up saving both the world and Dr.Light masterpiece X all fighting the threats of the technology... While in the BattleNetwork timeline is actually the opposite (some spoilers down). Even with AIs in the place of Robot Masters Willy went the same route, but at BN6 Light's descendants which is the human Lan and the "AI" Hub actually ends up saving the world, shows to Willy how both a robot and a human can live together and while Rock or X couldn't save Willy, the brothers managed to do it and ended up creating the Brothers System to help people approach others with the help of technology as you can see in StarForce how this system helps so much people like the protagonist Geo itself, and his almost GF Sonia. In the end poor Willy just needed someone to show him how both his and Light's idea could've worked together, it's a shame the franchise is dead and we won't get the end to the Classic, X, ZX, Legends and Starforce timline even tho SF "has" a ending if you don't care about some minor plots left open on SF3.

TL;DR: Two old guys had an argument in front of a bunch of nerds and 3000 years later humanity ended.

0:32 those who see it first, this is not a continuation of the plot, this is an alternative about the universe taking place after the X4(If I wrong,fix me) Zero falls asleep in a capsule to get to know his body better but wakes up in the very distant future while in another body,X is dead and one girl make Copy X

It gets even crazier in some side games/other pieces of Mega Man media, like how there are 2 futures where Mega Man was reprogrammed to obey Wily (rockman and forte 2 and mega man II gb) or how the Mega Man Zero audio dramas explain a bit more about characters, their motivations, etc (like how Elpizo was originally among the group of reploids Zero saved in the fight against Aztec Falcon and how Zero inspired him to rise up the ranks to get where he would in Zero 2 until his downfall)
