probably one of the best videos out there for businesses, so many other videos will just talk about getting more customers but never talk about how to keep your current customers. Exceeding expectations is the best way to keep customers coming back. I run a small car detailing business and something as simple as a coupon or mentioning their headlights are a bit foggy and offering to do them for a discounted price goes a long way. Just a shame the video cut off at 9:41

I've personally gotten REALLY tired of the tactic of urgency and rarity. "Get it while you still can! Won't last long! Limited supply! Only a few left!" I think it's the oldest, most overused sales trick in the book and nothing turns me off faster.
