John T. Floores
Добавлен 24 мар 2017
The official RUclips channel of John T. FLoore's Country Store. Opened in 1942 by Mr. John T. Floore, himself, John T. Floore Country Store was not a store at all, but a unique Texas Dance Hall and Cafe. Floore’s, long renowned for its world famous tamales and homemade bread, offers a full menu of great “Texas Cafe” style food, ice cold beer and and truly unique “Texccentric” atmosphere. This quintessential Texas Honky Tonk has hosted such legendary performers as Willie Nelson, Bob Wills, Ernest Tubb, Patsy Cline, Hank Williams, Elvis Presley, Bob Dylan, Jerry Lee Lewis, Merle Haggard, Ray Price, George Jones, Waylon Jennings, Dwight Yoakam, Lyle Lovett, Robert Earl Keen, B.B. King, Little Richard and many many more. Known by many as the musical “birthplace” of Willie Nelson, Willie immortalized John T. Floore in his hit recording “Shotgun Willie”. Celebrating 75 years of excellence in 2017.

Gives me chills how beautiful this song is and how he plays it so casually. Cleto is an amazing musician.
So raw. So great 👍
Love this - as much as I love ‘ol George’s version…
My favorite venue!
Epic.
Free Love at the Joe T. Floores store. The REK Live Album II. Yours truly. Me, Kirk Smith, Pat Green, Jayson Bales, Jeff Johnson... I've forgotten who all was at that show but by far one of the most memorable shows, along with one of Pat Green's show down in Del Rio.
My whole entire band was started because of the song gringo honeymoon!! The Crusty Caballeros ! The name got changed but the attitude didn’t
Where's this entire video?
R. E. KEEN kicks ass
Be advised. This place will sell V.I.P. tickets for sections that do not exist.
The only place I will go to see Willie. Was the first place and will be the last.
How does the Cavalry not get the respect they deserve? Best country band in the last while
I’m still your biggest fan!! Thank you, hope u like the guitar! 🥰
Such an iconic place in Texas red dirt music history. May Floore and his Country Music Store live on forever.
Is there a recording of this with Ray Price?
Thangs have gone to pieces
🤮
I like some of his stuff, should have stayed away from this GJ's masterpiece..
AWESOME MAN!
REK is a fan of the border writer Charles Bowden
There is NOBODY that could have done, what Mr. Price did for that song! It is a perfect song, but it is PHENOMENAL with that addition!
@Scott Williams thank you, it did!
Nice song
