RRS carbon interior upgrade - removing door panel
Im having the same issue. I’ve replaced the pump but did not fix the issue. Steering is still hard af. Any idea which fuses or relays to check? I’ve checked the power to the pump and all is working
Surely it's pretty useless if not capable of measuring pressure correctly?
Thanks for the video. very infomative. Now all I have to do is repeat it on my machine.
Thank you - very useful!
It's exactly what I need to do. Thanks!
whats better... lazy-spa egg (yours)... or a Bestway 58259 2.8 KW Pool Heater? Can't find any comparison articles or reason why the 2 different types of heaters exist - thanks :)
Can the egg get wet if it rains??
How much does this cost to run?
Hello. Can you briefly write how this pump is used?
Iv not got the egg one iv got the other one do I need to get clips and a pipe to go into the pool
How much does it cost for the electricity ?
It works out roughly 45p per hour and the temperature goes up by roughly 1c per hour
im getting an e02 error
Found another video that says not to run the pool pump on the electricity, only the jacuzzi pump. The jacuzzi pump pulls in water itself so it's fighting with the other pump pushing water at it when it's on. So only run the jacuzzi pump and that should sort the error out.
Also mine is clicking any idea what could be wrong am guessing solnide or starter
will it start or clicks and won't start?
@@TheGuel500 just clicks won’t do no more. Can you help me please?
@@TheGuel500 can you do another video please on clicking and show how to get to starter motor please. Thank you so much
Can you do a video on a service for this model please ?
why not just film the starter motor rather than a close up of the driveshaft
Assisted with this job this weekend Helpful video BUT GIVE YOURSELF AT LEAST A FULL DAY NOT a 2 hour job for novice Fiddling is not the word.😂😂😂
How much is the price
TOP !!!
Thanks for this video, really helpful. I did this procedure last week and it works. Just to add, I would say defiantly take out the wiring bracket on top, it's a pain but makes things easier to see. Also, the motor doesn't need to come out the top of the engine, it passes out the bottom if you remove a pipe. Hope this helps someone else.
I did the same as you, i just couldn't get it out the top.😢
thank god my '15 has a mechanical pump
How to know you have mechanical or electric pump ? Mine Jeep Grand Cherokee is 2014.
@@aigarskarklins2949 2014 V8 models have a mechanical pump.
very helpful video, i cut a few corners and found a 13 mm swivel socket helpful, but my 2 top starter bolts were so tight and i thought i was going to break them . i cant believe how stupid the design was to change the motor many thanks
Hi mate from where you order the power steering pump? Thanks
My 2012 is the same pump. So basically 3x10mm bolts hold it in place, one accessed from the top with a 10mm ratchet spanner, and 2 from the bottom with 10mm socket. The T40 bolt can be replaced with a normal bolt for ease of tightening back up. I think the hardest thing to do was get the rubber hoses off. I managed this by using mulgrips on the pipe clips to pull the flanges together and then use a big wide screwdriver to lever the pipes off, having never been moved for 11 years they were stuck in place. To get the pipes back on I put some vassleline on the pipe inlets to slide the pipes back on with the mulgrips compressing the pipe clips again. Took me about 3 hours to do because I had a real battle getting the rubber pipes off. I got them off from below by tilting the pump. It was easy once sump guard was off on ramps and using steps to work from above. It used about 850ml of new oil. Self bled as soon as I put the new oil in. Great video, gave me the confidence to attempt it. I was quoted £1050 to have it done at a garage. I bought a brand new pump for £405 from euro car parts. Thanks, well done. Very helpful. Sorry, meant to say a bit more about the T40 bolt. Anyone attempting this should test there T40 tool before starting as there is limited space between the bolt head and the radiator fan cowling. So you need one that you can get in the space. I never had a ratchet and socket with a T40 bit but I think that would be too big for the gap that you have in front of the bolt head. My T40 was like an 'L' shaped allen key. Thinking about it now, what would have worked was a T40 bit and a 5 or 6mm ratchet spanner.
I was a little concerned about the mixed reviews, but I used it last year and hooked it up again this year and it was great ruclips.net/user/postUgkx-izdrK3eF-HMvjzeBOxToD6Fx-4ulJUh . I couldn't get my 10' Intex pool above 76 degrees the year prior and last year I got it to 90 and had to put ice in it. This worked so well! I have just 1 mat hooked up to a 1,000 GPH Intex pump and it makes a significant reduction in the flow rate coming back into the pool, but that is to be expected with how far the water has to travel through the mat.
Très bonne vidéo sur le montage de courroie sur un tracteur tondeuse raiders 👏👏👏bonne journée a vous.
This video has been very helpful. It’s made me decided on not fixing my starter motor 😅
Amazing video I have the same ride on hit a large rock yesterday , this video is a god send thank you.
How do connect the outlet?
Hi do you have your E01 video please?
What were the final costs on this conversion? And what do you think it would cost including labour costs? I'm looking to do something very similar. Cheers!
Well done! I have recently bought one of these and this was exactly the information that I was looking for when my cutter belt needs replacing. My dealer wants £250 for a service so you can imagine how much he would ask for doing this job! Have you thought of writing the missing manufacturer's service manual? This mower although badged as Mountfield is now Stiga and the mower ( dead crib of the Honda 1211 ) is made in China. Thanks again for a great money saving video.
as easy as a b c . sign of a good job done .not many parts left over . where can i buy a bucket of inclination ?
How do we get around the E01 error? I can’t find your video about that.
I found that when both the filter and egg are connected - turn the egg on first and let it do its thing for a few mins then turn the filter on. This eliminates the e01 error for me.
No hot water coming out of my egg... the setup is 100% correct
Hi iv got e02 code constantly any advise Thanks in advance
Bit late but how tall is it?

Your a man with a lot of patience, the content and your way of explaining was exceptional, well done. What were the symptoms and reason for going to the starter in the first place
Hey, normal starter issues. When it’s a battery you tend to find the van turns over even if very slowly. A starter jam tends to be nothing at all but your battery reads full power etc. so if when your turn the key you get a a clonk or nothing at all strong indicator it’s a starter issue. If you have ability to jump start it can help confirm, but in my case it was stuck on drive so when straight to repair. Good luck if you are doing yours
Merci pour votre vidéo.
Hi could you please tell me where you purchased this from. As I have been quoted £584 for a reconditioned one from somewhere in Lancashire. And £620 for another one elsewhere. Plus they want me to return the faulty one . Love to hear from you. Regards Alan
I used pro power steering in Essex. 4 day turnaround for your own unit to be fixed. You can post to them and organise for it to be collected when ready. Helpful company.
This is the best solution in all of RUclips. It took me forever to find this.
What we need to fill water in pipes before check?or pipeline was empty?
I would probably attach a layer of kingspan to the back of the board
What is that Kingspan stuff, and why would you use it? Any info is appreciated. Nice username, by the way.
@spookybaba Kingspan is thick foam insulation board.
Hi, your video was a great help, mine was working fine then about 4 hrs later I got E02 message then reset it, then I got it again 3 hrs later. Any suggestions? Many thanks!
So I've turned my filter off from the electricity but still have the water flowing through it to the heater-egg so hoping it will be better that removing the filter from the set-up completely.. time will tell whether the E02 code appears again!! Will update! 🙏🤣 I've also purchased the bestway scale kit just in case the error is due to scale build-up as we are in a very hardwater area. Let me know if any of you have managed the same/similar set-up successfully (and how!?) Thanks
I can’t get past the E02 code 😢 can you help please
Did actually show how to set the pump up tho
The blue hose pipe that you have attached to the egg going back in the pool what’s that attached with please. I’m struggling to see x
No need to reprogram?
Thanks buddy...Picked up one of these spa eggs for £10 yesterday and is now heating my 10 foot pool. Error eo1 and eo2 messages were pretty frequent until I figured out the startup sequence and pipe positioning. Personally egg followed immediately by filter pump seems to work. When I tried the other way round e01 popped up before I had a chance to turn on the egg.
Hello I can’t see any black o seals when I took off the grey spa adapters, they are just clear soft plastic bits hanging out and when I tried to connect both outlets leaking, any suggestions and where is the video about placing pipes & sequence to stop the 2 error codes please?
Hi mate, can you please advise how to get past error code 2 thanks in advance
How to bypass E01?
Did you get round to doing a video on E10 error fix? Can’t get mine to stop ☹️
