It’s very hard to make such predictions because even if you see success time it can happen apart from the election, similarly now some bad timing (like health or scandal) can happen in Trumps life even when he won - so it’s hard to separate and assign those things to elections but still the general trends can be prognosticate in their individual life

Boris Becker has 10th lord Sun in Lagna between Merc and Mars, whilst Dasamsa 10th is influenced by Mercury and Mars; Mark Coleman has Mercury in Aries in 10th in Navamsa and Ma-Sa (he was doing lot of muscle centered sports) in 10th and Mercury is in trikona. Laila Ali has Mercury in 2nd in Aries Dashamsa aspected by Mars from 6th/Leo.

Nicabhanga means the planet is getting out of the state of debility because of help of the other planet. a) graha which exalts in rasi of debilitation b) lord of debilitation sign c) lord of exaltation sign d) exaltation of the graha itself in navamsa for example for Saturn it will be Sun, Mars, Venus or Saturn in uca in Navamsha. they also work in the varga but then the rebirth is only restricted to the meaning of the varga

9th house shows our past and also direction which may change whenever we are hit by the bad luck. It also shows our old age. Bad luck here means external thing beyond our control, we may think it was totally not provoked by any of our action, of course thats coming from past lives so we cannot see it. 9th house shows also specialization so every weakness there like malefic in 9th or aspecting or the lord afflicted, weak or in bad house will negatively influence all the matters of protection, fortune, father, specialization and old age. Of course, one position does not determine anything by itself, as it is only one level (and even at this one level, modifications can occur, for example, through the presence of a benefic, strength in the navamsa, or nichabhanga yoga). Therefore, we never make predictions based on a single point; if a matter is to be determined, it must align with the ruler, the karaka, and the varga (divisional chart) of the area the prediction concerns. If any of these factors do not confirm the initial forecast, we must conclude that the horoscope points to something else.

We may encounter various issues in the chart, some on the level of panchanga, others on charakaraka, karaka (curses), inimical yogas, or problematic lordships (such as kendra-daridra). When inimical tattva panchanga elements like vara, tithi, or nakshatra-karana are ruled by the same graha, are joined together, or belong to the same tattva group (as mentioned by Sanjayji in Brhat Nakshatra), we encounter panchanga dosha.

Now the calculation: take the distance from lagna to lagna lord and then count the same distance from lagna lord. e.g. if the ascendant lord is in the second house - the arudha will be in the third house (because it is second to the second) - the principle of mirror is at play here. Example: Lagna lord is in the third house, so from Lagna to Lagna lord we have three houses, then take three houses from lagna lord = 3 from 3 = 5, so arudha will be in the fifth house. if lagna lord is in the fifth, then take fifth from the fifth - it gives ninth, so if lagna lord is in fifth, then arudha is in the ninth house. --- Now because lagna and seventh are satya (truth) houses, and arudha is maya (illusion), arudha cannot stay in 1st or 7th, therefore if it stays there, it goes to 10th from these points, so if we have lagna lord in: 1 - then arudha is in 10th 4 - then arudha is in 4th 7 - then arudha is in 10th 10 - then arudha is in 4th ---- This gives us the following: 1 in 1 = 10 1 in 2 = 3 1 in 3 = 5 1 in 4 = 4 1 in 5 = 9 1 in 6 = 11 1 in 7 = 10 1 in 8 = 3 1 in 9 = 5 1 in 10 = 4 1 in 11 = 9 1 in 12 = 11

This yoga is specifically to be seen in the rashi chart, to function properly in this life it has to be in kendra. Trikona means admiration and other houses would show some flaw from past life which can continue in this life. We need to pay strong attention to the combusted planets and the nodes. On the material level this house is going through some havoc.
