3:53 is a picture of a vacuum driven part that connects to the intake manifold. What is it called? I didn't smoke test for vacuum leaks and found one where the shaft goes into the intake manifold. Without tearing it apart, can you tell me if that can be replaced or resealed? It seems like instead of a rubber O-ring or seal, it is a hard maybe plastic or nylon. I don't know if it is part of the intake or a replaceable part.
It would be REALLY NICE to see how you got those back bolts.
Thank you for your video. I just had a project spark flow removal 2006 Hyundai Tucson. This video made it very easy to reach the rear spark plugs. I watch several videos where they took off entirely too much took up entirely too much time. Thank you for your video. I will subscribe hopefullyyou have more interesting video that will help me along my way thanks
perfect. those are the exact 3 components I have to work with
Just did this job. The video was perfect. Still relevant 8 years later. Still have a misfire though! Any have any ideas of what it could be? Runs exactly like before I changed plugs and wires. Thanks!
@@floorguygary When a sensor goes bad, it can't detect the correct air-to-fuel mixture, which can cause a misfire. A faulty mass airflow (MAF) sensor can also cause a misfire, known as a lean misfire
@@pjbuttertime ty so much !
I’m just about to do this, but with a thicker section of wood and the jack stands closer together to reduce the pressure. I’m changing the rear shock on CRF 300 so fingers crossed 🤞 it all works. Great idea though…just what I was looking for. 👏👏
Fyi the work bench shouldn’t be moving
What size V?
I appreciate that brother 💯
How do you know it’s tight packed?
What they don't tell you in this video is that the rental machines don't have a strong enough blower motor to dense pack the walls properly.
Maybe making the hole at the top of the wall and filling cavity would work better
Good luck
How is it holding up ? Any mold I need to do this as well .. how did you find the studs that is my concern ..
Any advice would be much appreciated
The best DIY video for indoor insulation wall. thank you for saying how to get the machine!
I don't get it why do you guys destroy the walls at eye level instead of just going into the attic and spraying downwards?
😂 you can't do that cause then you would destroy rhe integrity of the structure condemning the place
I’m I need to know where to file to move. One has had a tuneup and it still missed it real bad.
Call Had a Turner, and still or losing power at the rabbit in five minutes
Hyundai Senada lose power when driving
Mine does the same but only when i turn the fan on and it flashes to the speed of the fan. Cant figure it out

What's holding the back
That will be a diamond core bit,not a diamond blade.
Is the Slime a thick coating
Why don't u make a hole in the top and fill it that way?
I was wondering the same. Why not start with the hole at the top. Seems like that would make more sense. What am I missing? Thanks for the video BTW.
If you have a wattage limiter you most likely have a remote to turn on the fan and lights - if your lights seem like they’re haunted try holding down the light on button for 3 seconds to control the voltage to the lights
Thank u so much bro it worked
Omggggg I have been dealing with this for 6 months. This worked!!!
I Also have a 2007 Tucson 2.7 v6, with 150k miles. As a DIY garage mechanic, I found your video very helpful. If you’re removing the intake manifold, I do recommend not skimping on spark plugs. Quality is your best friend. Since you have removed the intake manifold, I would also recommend replacing the valve cover gaskets. I’m so happy I did. I found a small oil leak coming from the back valve cover gasket around cylinder 3. The gaskets were also brittle and broke very easily. I also replaced all spark plugs cables. I also noticed that the wiring harness casing was brittle and crumbled in my hand. I used black electrical tape and small black zip ties on each end to secure the tape. If done properly it looks great and will last a long time. BE GENTLE! while taping the wire harness. You break a wire, you just created more work for yourself.
Six years later, that "$35 Harbor Freight threading tool" now costs $55. I hope you are all making 60% more as well to keep up with inflation.
Great informational video, thank you.
Good job!
maybe a dumb question but how do you ensure that you won't be cutting through any wiring?
mark the blade the thickness of the drywall (1/2" or 5/8") and then stop when u reach the mark and be careful
Not a dumb question. Marking the blade is a great technique. If the wiring is attached to studs and you measure correctly you should be able to avoid the wiring.
My Mann. Thanks I needed that
You make the holes up high toward ceiling and put the pipe down it and pull it out as you go
Can you put the holes towards the top of the wall? Then blow it down the wall?
That seems like a great idea
If doing this from the outside after removing vinyl siding, is it difficult to find the studs/cavities to fill them? My nightmare is I pull the siding off and can't figure out where the cavities are to drill holes and fill them from outside. Doing this from inside would be extremely difficult as we live in my house.
Did you do it? If you get lucky with the 1st hole, you can just peak inside to see where the next stud is. Not a big deal
Get a high quality stud finder
The Problem is the air. If you blow cellulose inside there is no venting for the air. So your wall gets a bump.
How many inches is the opening on hose ?
Is it possible to do this while the resident and all his (my) furniture is still there? I have an apartment in a co-op, and I want to do this for the purposes of sound isolation. My living room wall is fine, but I hear every word said on the other side of the bedroom wall. Possible to just wrap furniture in plastic, plastic off the doorway, and do this job?
Yep , cover it , finish the job, patch holes repaint and clean, uncover, reclean dust, uses floor drop sheets , hang a drop sheet curtain over bed room door, and keep closed to isolate dust from spreading to other areas , block the floor vents, remove window screens, then you can help push dust outside with a box fan, use a shop vac with dust bags,, I'm a retired pro, your welcome
What a smart idea love it
Thank you so much for this video. I brought a older home last year that was made with stucco walls. It is freezing in the winter. Not a drop of insulation 😳😳😳 I'm going to try this. I will definitely report back how my electric bill is 😃 afterwards!!!!
Any update?

Well done.
I bought one but didn't have a vise at the job, might try it with big pipe wrench
What size is the hose or what size hole did you drill?
Kind of dumb that you would push the snow up against the house instead of to the right but okay
That’s quite the opinion on very little information.

Nice now clean that swingarm up
Had to say thanks for your video. Watched a couple other ones but yours was super easy to follow! Appreciate the help
Seems reasonable but it'd switch out the wood every year or so.
oohh is the house nice and warm now?
Yes. The heat bill is very low also.
You don’t need to remove the side of the intake manifold. Just remove the other bolts and screws and the whole manifold will come out without any issues
👍👍👍👍👍
