Thank you for taking time to view and comment Laura, I would suggest that this property is far from dark inside in fact it has Living room, study,family room all facing due south, and the more modern part of the property has multiple roof lights and double doors and fixed full height windows to gain max light. I also think that a property built in 1920 naturally has an appropriate designs & features which are based on the materials and priorities at that time of construction, saving energy by having smaller window openings, and practical issues, the 12 inch solid stone walls offer a very constant temperature cool in summer and retained heat in winter,. More modern 1960's properties started to have bigger windows and as a child that is the home I lived in, built by my father, which was fantastic in terms of its light but poor at retaining heat. luckily we now have triple glazing, and modern anti reflective solar glass and can use massive glass features and not compromise heat loss. glad you like the look and feel of the outside of the property. Most 15 Century period properties do not have the same amenities as we do today, wardrobes is obviously a more recent phenomenon, so compromise has to be made for the age of the home and its many positive attributes, being 6'5" is not ideal though !! thanks for commenting on my YT channell.

@@Luxurypropertyguy You should be targeting wealthy people with this property, and they belong to the intelligent group. An exaggerated description is not something they sould be happy to hear, unless they are arrabs or millionaite Asians who will buy anything that looks English, to make them feel better bout themselves. For these cases, you would be more successful to start a new channel in their languages. I suggest you learn more about English architecture, interior design and the history of architecture before you start presenting a property that is suitable for the buyers with thick wallets. Otherwise, with lack of knowledge and when talking nonsense, less potential clients will take you seriously. And please do not ever say that the space is of generous size if evidenly it is not. It is disrespectful to the viewers.

It looks very cheaply built in terms of the interior finishes or lack there of.

Like many homes they are very quick to date, and when spending such a lot to build a home as big it is not something you can do frequently but other parties may like it as is others may knock it down it is impossible to predict what I know is 40 acres of property ring fenced in Oxfordshire looking directly at the White Horse hill is rare.
