A very long time ago, relative to now, in a single form of life. A friend suggested a film of moving pictures, entitled " Stand Still be fit " - It was a simple, yet detailed video on posture and energy. It was my first observation of not only amazing mountains in mainland China, but also in the west, what is viewed or deemed to be called " Chi Gong " - the simplicity of the video, was good. As is your form. If i may, as the use of keyboards is not a forte, nor language in and of itself, also, I am not very expressive, or too much so. Could you upload ? a similar video, of this form, but, without Music, maybe natural breathe work and the sound of your feet on the ground? maybe a talk and walk as you demonstrate and explain. I feel it would benefit, others who are less aware, perhaps. No pressure, as I am able to see and also, use a mute button. I often wonder, how the world is for deaf people, as well as others who are disabled, i am labelled as such (Mental Health), but then, do westerners like myself, appreciate or are even "Cognisant of Dao" - Mind No Mind Mind etc., Also Guanyin and the roots of culture. As a 1st pillar Fire Dragon, and Aries with red hair, as a man (It has been said i am about as Yang as is possible, by other people who i don't understand fully, now darker red brown at 48 cycles. I appreciate Yin, and i do attempt for balance in day to day. Though, also as a dragon, there can be no smoke, with out a small flame or spark of creativity. As we approach a new lunar year for people and folk who understand more than myself, we should honour the 1st arrival at Sri Buddha, and seek not only Chan/Zen forms, but commonality with all lunar/solar peoples on this small place at this time, it would be a solitary wish of commonality and real unity of companionship and camaraderie. In my own language. Happy New Year! Thanks - George

Thanks for your interest in my art. There are some other videos without music on my channel, but natural background tends to be amplified white noise, as I live next to a highway. There are several descriptions in my videos where I have written some thoughts about Chi and Breath , techniques for martial and meditative work, but I will be making some with voice-over at a point. Also, the music is my own work, too, so it reflects my thoughts and moods without words. Mostly, I have left it up to the form itself to supply the narrative.
