  • Autumn and Winter forms can be more vigorous without overheating. When i need to exhale heat, I squeeze from the abdomen and the breath goes into my upper chest. I let a bit out of the corners of my mouth, if needed. While still squeezing the belly , I inhale deeply through my nostrils, to make a wave that fills me up from belly to chest. I do this once if I am focused on endurance; or 3 times when focused on purification. You may be familiar with this area. If you are doing it right, you can yawn without opening your mouth. If you do it wrong, you may hurt your eardrums. It's like the pressure on your body when you are swimming, only from within.

    Just wanted to express that I truly respect what you are doing. Your expression of the arts is by far one of the healthiest and grounded than I have come across in a very long time.
