is it just in cs2 we forget these things? im not tryna flame and its a genuine question nothing to do with u personally but ""bouncepeek"" was something i was taught in some of my first days in csgo by someone who didnt play very much at all, and its quite possible this didnt exist as much in csgo either, but i also played source 5v5s a few months ago and someone complained that i didnt do such a thing when they spectated me, i have done this quite frequently for years without 100% consistency to every peek i do ofc, but ive never seen anyone do it in cs2. It seems obvious to me so thats why im asking , maybe i just was an outlier and it doesnt actually improve anything for me since i suck LOL

Peeking close to the wall imo hasn't been discovered recently, and hasn't been popularised recently either because xantares has been doing this for a VERY long time, hence the "xantares peek" in the old CS:GO days
