I spent an entire day thinking I bought a bad fuel pump, and then was stressed thinking I had bad fuel injectors and all this other type of nonsense. I came back to this video and where you stopped it and said “don’t forgot to put the second O ring back on top of the fuel pump or it won’t run correctly. That is exactly what I did. I followed step by step after you and the moment I put it back in it started right up. Thankyou so much onfg I am relieved .

3:08 that black o ring you see in the pump housing has to come out of that hole and slide over the top hat piece that slides in there or your pump will leak out if the pressure 90 fuel supply

Don't go by the height of the clip. I just bought a legit pump from a Welbro authorized dealer in the USA and it has the short clip. The real sign is the small hole at the bottom. Real = no hole Fake = hole.

Why wouldnt you make this as one kit , hoses ,clamps , fuel filter , regulator, and the pump ?

You know if someone made a Harley SS fuel strainer for the bottom of the fuel pump instead of the cheapass nylon one's I just found in a million pieces in the bottom of my tank, you could probably sell a thousands of them.

Why would we want just one hose, why don't you include all the hoses, for use noobs, it is very difficult to even find out how many hoses we need , I want to replace them all in one shot, not guess by a via a bunch of partial photos just exactly what I need .I have the factory manual, it's pretty useless imv. I have a 2009 Ultra, do you have a complete kit, all hoses, I don't even need a new pump but will buy it if it has all hoses and proper clamps.. I already have a new check valve assembly.

The part I removed from my 2007 xl1200c did not have a hole in the side. What is that hole for? Please advise if this is, indeed the right part for a Harley Sportster, 2007 model. I DID purchase the produce and installed it but am having issues with the fuel delivery system. It's at the dealer now. I was just wondering if the pressure regulator was the wrong one.
