Realistically though you can optimize way more by stopping when there are 10 enemies to get chaos control twice

I kind of like this considering I think it makes sense that Sonic is a bit better at improvising with his environment like what you can do with the homing dash and Shadow needs to plan things out and be more thoughtful with the use of his wings and chaos control.

btw what mod at 1:22 are you using to have Sonic's jump ball have the squash effect when he jumps in his jumpball?

Neither of these are faster, the true fastest person. Is Sonic in Sonic Generations (not like out of all Sonic’s) His speed is so fast he boosts off of cliffs like it’s no big deal! 3:43 arguably the better Sonic model, I hate the short spines.

There is zero narrative reason as to why Shadow can't do the homing dash lol. He has a regular homing attack that he just doesn't use in Shadow Gens. ALSO Shadow is unwilling to use his doom powers against sonic, as he only wants to win on equal footing. Otherwise it's not really winning. They seem to share this trait, as Sonic would SMOKE Jet if Sonic just raced him on foot. But Sonic wouldn't call that winning.

I love this it would be cool to if sonic was digital and when amy or knuckles or tails complete the final bots he goes to the next island

I guess using chaos control for shadow not the best idea for comparing speed it will be better if you enable timer while using chaos control at least shadow will benefit of chaos control for refilling boost

Fun Fact: Sonic can use Chaos Control too. In Sonic Adventure 2, in the Sonic vs Shadow Boss Fight on the ARK, Sonic says “I’ll use your technique, CHAOS CONTROL!” When you get to far behind when fighting Shadow.

If sonic used frontiers spin dash, sonic would move way faster, spin dash is way faster than power boost and you carry more momentum

I LOVE to see not only you continuing to cover frontiers, but also that it still has an active community, even though most of the internet just says Shadow gens is better frontiers controls

Yeah well Shadow only takes 2 minutes to get through Chaos Island while Sonic takes 2 hours hurr durr. Nah but seriously, what about importing Shadow's stages into Cyberspace?

This is very in-character. The adventurous Sonic would rather bounce off of enemies and use his environment to move as quickly and as *stylishly* as possible and have fun. The goal-oriented Shadow would rather use his more unstable body’s chaos energy and rely on his own power to move as quickly and *efficiently* as possible and complete his mission. They both have the same strengths and abilities outside of Frontiers and Generations, but Sonic knows how to take opportunities and not just force his way through obstacles. He’s not *much* faster than Shadow, but he’s more experienced.
