Hi everyone. My name is Raihana Zainordin. I am an educator in the field of Mathematics, Statistics, and Operations Research. I have been teaching for over a decade now and I love it so much. I also love reading books, journaling, and playing sports (even though I am not good at any particular sport, hehe. I just like to be active in general).

continuity correction factor

This video provides lesson on how to apply continuity correction factor without using the formula. Apology for the typing error at minute 5:09. It should be 45.5, not 44.5.

simulation that does not play with time

firstly, apology for the blip that happened towards the end of the video. secondly, here are the tips for conducting simulation for discrete variable (specifically tips on how to determine the columns of the table): 1. understand the story and follow the flow of the story. 2. use your imagination. imagination is key. 3. be brave and believe in yourself. all the best to you!

Amazing 🎉
How did they bring about the 0.2? I'm confused
1 minus alpha = 1 - 0.8 = 0.2
Life Saver, I've my exams in 2 hours and this vid just saved me. Thanks a lot.
Thanks, You saved me.
You are the best, teacher
Thank you
This explanation couldn't have been said any better. Thank you very much this was extremely helpful. I have a test approaching and this has made me feel more confident.
N3ed wu8ck answer asap, how do we decide which approximation to use for binom8sl distribituion? Since we have normal and poisson
Excellent mam
thank you but in normal distribution we take values to the left not to the right
there's more than one type of table. i used the one that reads value on the right.
Thank you so much....well explained

HI. Can you tell me how you did minimax decision rule
13 june i have an exam😅😂
here's the video for minimax regret method ruclips.net/video/dW8S9YGOOAo/видео.htmlsi=8dklAQ1z2StCDUZF
But the value of p is greater than 0.5 How can you use approximation to it? Isn’t the approximation approach meant value for the p<0.5?
there are reference books that do not mention about the need for p to be small. ultimately we just need to check for the multiplication of n and p; if n times p is greater than 5, then approximate to normal.
@@raihanazainordin3533 and sometimes need to check n times q as well ig.
Thank you so much for this, you've helped me a lot!! 🤍
you are welcome.
Can you can give me PowerPoint this lesson? Pls ...
Omg its u raihana😮
O
maximin is maximizing the minimum.
@@raihanazainordin3533 ya h sorry i was confuswd will delte this to avoid confusing others
@@raihanazainordin3533 also thank you really helpful to the point videos to watch before exams lol
0:33 1:05 k is lowst between demand and supply 1:30 where to move, why 2:30 20 left 80 left 3:40 statement and add 0
Then modi method 4:10 negative no. + left - down+ right- Choose min negative, plus in plus square, minus in minus square 5:16 vanish instead of negative 5:33 Add artificial 0 to any vanish square with lowest cost in top right chotu square
Why it is a 0.2 ? For the hurwics method? while the alpha is 0.4? why 0.2 for the (I-a)??
alpha given in this example is 0.8. thus, 1-alpha is 0.2.

i love youu for this, thanks a million
Thanks I'm having examz today 🎉🎉
No be cho cho cho, workings dey!!....thanks for saving our time. Nice video❤
Please can you complete your working out by drawing graph and finding the maximum value.. I would love to see that.
you can watch this video for graphical solution of the model. ruclips.net/video/rJ1rTRer4g8/видео.htmlsi=e8kFQC4QjCbc-RBD
Thank You so much
You are so good 👏
thank you so much.
How did you get alpha for Hurwicz?
alpha is considered given.
Thanks for your explanations madam 🙏🙏
thank you this was very helpful
zazakallah khairan dear sister🤍
Where did 5 comes from?
teacher i❤you save my exam
❤❤❤❤ You're so good. Thank you very much.
Thank you very much
Fantastic video!!
thank you.
Everything is ok but you didn’t tell us where did you defer the second 0 from ? When you calculating the unused cell 9-0-0 ??????your explanation is marvellous but incomplete ?!!!!!
you mean, where did K3=0 come from? it came from the last used square R3+K3=3. R3=3, K3 is unknown, so we have 3+K3=3, thus, K3=0. this was explained at minute 2:50.
terima kasih banyak
