This channel got started in 2020 at the peak of Covid-19, aiming to provide a list of less-crowded places for safe outdoor activities. Stanford campus has the most brilliant fall foliage in the SF Bay Area. From yellows, oranges and reds, the beautiful fall colors can be seen throughout the campus, from Mid Nov to Mid December. Thanks for the reminder! Yes, the downtown is nearby with nice shops and a train depot. There is also an old gas station down the road, with a retro Coca Cola sign - very 1920s nostalgia.

I enjoy In N' Out just fine. But even so I want to try other things. I want more. I've eaten at the French Laundry and it's light years beyond In N' Out.

Same here, I was living in the Bay Area for over 20 year, only discovered this place during Covid! Other than parking can be challenging, this reserve has the BEST of Half Moon Bay.

Isn't that well paved bike path also a popular walking path?
Yes, the path is shared by bikers and hikers so it can get crowded. But in my experiences, the hikers usually turns around 2-3mile from the Sawyer Trail Entrance. So after that first busy stretch get less crowded and the biking gets easier.
