GSR Swapped hatch and Type R Integra at Toronto Motorsports Park Civic has a GSR LSD trans and is tuned on Crome. Integra has a B16 LSD trans and is on Hondata S300. Both are about full weight and 200tw tires.

EG has a full JDM GSR swap and a passenger DA has a USDM Type R and B16 transmission with no passenger Both cars are full weight and have a few bolt ons only.

Private track day Later in the day, shifter started feeling mushy not sure if the heat from the exhaust would have an affect on the bushings. Either way, slower shifting here. Not bad at all, nice to see a 4 speed for once also. Unfortunately didn't get a chance to verify what engine but I couldn't imagine it would be anything better than a 302 or 351 2bbl

Thats pretty fast in that shell, or was is a jdm type R? My JDM b18c non type R in a 1994 civic cx shell could run 14.0 on street tires with civic type r cams, a manifold and tune. Pre-cams it was 14.2 to 14.3.
Thanks, yeah I'm happy with the trap speed just gotta get it to leave a bit better. Hope to get it down to that range eventually! The car is full weight with the exception of the spare tire, a/c and it has a traction bar in place of the stock cross member so I'd estimate about 2450-2500lbs with no driver. I forgot to mention it has a B16 transmission with a 4.92 final drive too which I'd expect to help launch but I didn't expect it to pick up 3mph up top from my previous 4.26 final drive.
@fart_cannon i also owned a 1990 integra for nearly a decade. I eventually put a jdm b20b engine into it. I loved that engine so much that I swapped it into a 1992 and 1998 integras
@@mrdavester that torque must've been great. I have a b20z2 sitting around that I was going to sell but might just hang onto it for a spare. things are way too expensive now.

@fart_cannon the b20 torque was most noticeable in the 92 integra/ecu. In my 90 integra it was ok. In the 1998 I honestly didn't think it was worth the swap. All stock ecu's tho.
This is what a healthy b18c does. Lots of people run em with the wrong ecu, an ls trans etc. Slows em down a bit.
agreed! the gearing is key, I had a b16 cable transmission which shared the final drive with an LS but swapped it out for an mfactory fd, it's heaps more lively now.
Yes all the power is way up top. Peak is like 7k rpm. Same goes for bike, and the European v8's. No prob for me I'll always have those revs uo anyway baby lol.
Good launch, I see guys with k20/k24 and they only do 14 sec, can’t seem to put the power down. This thing moves and also are you flooring it full throttle at launch or feathering

I broke the speedometer ring gear inside transmission whilst rebuilding it lol

@@ashermorales8276 yes I bypassed it using hondata, however I cannot use launch control anymore as the speed always reads 0 so it will 2 step if you drive to the rpm in which you set the launch control at
