You used a default gateway of 192.168.11.10 for network B at the beginning but you later used 192.168.11.0 while doing routing, is that meant to be a mistake?
No it's a way of routing configuration
Please use command with routing and then make a video it's shortcut video about dynamic routing

Yes , it indicates an error because you might have done something wrong while Assinging ip addreses to the pc's or routers/switches recheck you will be good to go with an answer.
