In May of 2024 a team from Unidad Hospitalaria Movil Latinoamerica (UHMLA) went on another medical mission to Ecuador with PACH. They performed over 30 surgeries to remove gallbladders, lipomas and to repair hernias. PACH continues to support Hospital FIBUSPAM and the medical care of thousands of Ecuadorians throughout the Chimborazo Province. Together PACH and Hospital FIBUSPAM provide tens of thousands of medical consultations and procedures, distribute thousands of glasses, complete hundreds of surgeries, and change the lives of countless patients and volunteers.

PACH launched Project Prosperity, a collaboration between PACH and FIBUSPAM that engages with teenage mothers to help build their future by teaching income generating skills, health education, and providing free medical care. The first cohort of 22 young mothers graduated in the summer of 2023 and the second cohort began in October of 2023.

In 2023 PACH granted the first nursing scholarship to a Quichua-speaking young woman from the Chimborazo Province who will study to be a nursing assistant to financially support her family all while contributing to her community and increasing the number of Quichua-speaking medical professionals.

In 2024, 36 high schoolers from Democracy Prep schools in New York City traveled with PACH to Riobamba as a part of their Global Citizen Program. The scholars were far from NYC: They rode horses in Cotopaxi National Park, rafted on the Postaza River and assisted in providing medical care to 650 individuals in six communities. In March 2024 Dr. Siegel returned to Hospital FIBUSPAM to perform 20 pediatric eye surgeries. Dr. Siegel first traveled to Riobamba in 2023 with a group from Conestoga Eye and Princeton University to perform pediatric vision screenings. After seeing the need for strabismus surgeries, he decided to return and treat many of the same children he diagnosed.

Project Nido, an annual summer medical mission hosted by PACH and led by Nested, Ltd. is a unique mission and opportunity because anyone, regardless of age, profession or Spanish-language skills can travel to Ecuador to support the work of Hospital FIBUSPAM. The mission provides young travelers with a service and cultural exchange opportunity.

In July 2023, long-time PACH supporter and oculoplastic surgeon Parag Gandhi and his team traveled to Hospital FIBUSPAM to complete a one-week oculoplastics mission; his third mission with PACH. The team restored sight to 20 Ecuadorians!

In July 2023, a group of all-ages led by Nested Baby's Nidhi Reva traveled to Ecuador to participate in a medical caravana supporting the staff of Hospital FIBUSPAM and providing care to Ecuadorians in the rural areas around the hospital.
