Qetisyah: There are many reasons she takes the number one spot. She created The Other Side where souls lingered for thousands of years including herself. She was able to bring herself back to life with ease. She created TRUE IMMORTALITY and a cure for it as well. She was able to wipe the memory of Stefan with ease as well as manipulate Silas’ heart. She also linked doppelgängers lives and manipulated their dreams. She was also the STRONGEST member of the travelers and had access to not only her own magic but traveler magic which she didn’t even need. MIND YOU SHE DID ALL THIS WITH RAW POWER. She is stronger than Inadu and Dahlia because they NEEDED to feed off others power and used Dark Magic. Inadu fed off the power of her village and Dahlia fed off of Freyas Magic. It takes a lot to created a whole other world (the other magic) with the natural magic she was born with. She created a talisman that she could channel even MORE magic with and it was still her own magic. As the creator she could also DESTROY the other side along with all the lingering spirits. She desiccated Silas and Amara with ease and should I mention that Esther’s original creation spell is a copycat of Qetsiyah’s Immortality spell??? Some will say she’s weak because she died to wood. And thats because SHE CHOSE TO!

Inadu comes in second place because though she was extremely powerful, her magic was NOT natural. Inadu needed to feed off and kill her village to gain more power and craved more and more. Not only that, she used dark magic. Nothing about her magic was natural but she aside from that, She was extremely strong: She casted the werewolf curse spell which was powered by her death. She possessed a vampire and basically became a vampire witch hybrid without being a heretic! She KILLED AN ORIGINAL VAMPIRE! Not only that but she got rid of his sireline while doing so! Should I mention that she couldn’t even be fed on? She brought davina back to life and while staring into Kol’s eyes. She was able to link herself to Davina by bringing her back with honestly made her a puppet! She was able to possess hope and honestly make her go crazy. In the end she is the reason klaus died. She basically killed klaus and killed elijah twice as elijah wouldn’t allow Klaus to die with him! She desiccated Marcel with ease. The list goes on. But she is not stronger than qetsiyah. What she did, Qetsiyah could possibly do with raw magic. I mean just imagine Qetsiyah with dark magic! Pretty insane, Right!?

Dahlia comes in third because once again, her magic was not natural. She used dark magic and consumed Freya’s power: She was able to link herself to freya and become immortal! Mind you neither one of them had immortality in the first place. But they had to sleep for a very long time. This changed when she linked to klaus making her even stronger. She (unfortunately) easily ripped Aiden’s heart from his chest. “It is true, you are a minor player though it only takes on match to burn down acres of forest.” She was able to give HUMAN BEINGS a fraction of her magic as well as mind control them. She was just creating witches as she pleased! Even if Dahlia and Inadu were to do everything they did with their natural magic, Qetsiyah still showcased way more power in only a few episodes. Dahlia also created extremely dangerous storms. She set a curse on the bloodline to take the first born of every generation. She was able to make Esther Fertile. She used her kenning to find people with ease. She created Freya’s talisman/pendant. She melted the golden dagger! She cursed an entire pack of wolves! She destructed the indestructible white oak stake. And there’s much more.

I honestly don’t know how to place Freya and Bonnie. Both are extremely strong witches and I don’t really know who was stronger. Some may say Freya and others may say Bonnie. And I can see a side to both. Even though bonnie is placed higher, I so believe Freya showcased more power. Bonnie, though coming back to life each time died almost every season! Also her magic wasn’t always natural. Her expression helped her a lot. She was able to subdue Klaus by linking Matt to him and stopping his heart. It may have been Jeremy I don’t remember. She was able to manipulate Jeremy’s life force. SHE CONJURED AND STOPPED HELLFIRE! Though this was the help of her ancestors. One of her signature moves was conjuring fire with water. There’s many more things but I don’t feel like explaining. The most important ones to explain were the top three.
