Hello friend, first of all, every beautiful music! You've truly done a wonderful job. I stumbled upon your video while searching for Ableton projects. I'm a old school guy; I usually prefer working with Cubase or ProTools and recording bands enterally in analog, using de DAW only for recordings. However, lately, I've been producing more programmed stuff than played ones, in FL Studio, which seems more convenient due to its range of native virtual instruments. But FL's workflow, with its pattern layer, is bothering me a bit. It seems to slow down and stress my creative process. I'm considering switching to Ableton for these kinds of projects, and your video strongly encouraged me to do so! Do you have any experience with FL to comment on the differences, or any encouragement to try Ableton?

asymmetric distortion does sound quite nice, in the initial song listen i ran it thru some of my own dsp and it sounded quite nice at a more aggressive setting. i quite like distortion on groups of sounds, the change in level of one affects the tone of another and makes it more variable as a result.

the track is 🔥🔥, what vst you use on saxophone

You can't add distortion to everything all together, better choose 1 or 2 instruments or else nothing will stand out and the mix just gets brighter with no contrasts.
