Hands down one of the best shows I've ever watched, I got so many takes on this, too many takes for me to ellaborate on, loved every character with no exception. The "final boss" dude, Mujins personal bodyguard has been with him the entire time btw, he was the one who killed the detective threw him in the water, he just doesnt have a lot of scenes, but his character is there from early on. Taeju is probably one of my favorite characters too, he brought a lot of authenticity to the show.

In asian culture, losing face is the most humiliating thing, I believe the facecut was a way to humiliate him for everyone to see every time they look at him. I LOVE this show from beginning to end, great reaction!

I don’t think you caught onto the hung people at the beginning of the episode. The Briarwoods hung them in effigy of Vox Machina. The little girl looked like Pike. They dressed her in what looked like Pike’s vestments and put a necklace on her that looked like the symbol of the EverLight.

Season 2 is fully released, you should react! Almost all agree: it was better than the 1st! Even for many of those who were critical of S1, S2 was so good it turned them into show fans.

What made me laugh so much this ep was them trying to be like, oh she can't use her inhaler anymore look it's broken! As someone who uses an inhaler pretty regularly, when the part holding the actual medicine is out like that, just away from the casing, you can simply click it back in place and its fine. I was screaming at the tv "JUST CLICK IT BACK IN YOU CAN STILL HELP HER" lmao

This episode broke me. Was expecting it coming from the manga, but the live action executed the emotion way better. Can't watch this without crying.

Rand is not as moody and filled with angst in the books. Egwene was ready to ditch him to become a wisdom so he is struggling with it.

Percy lowkey blew that man’s brains out in the most literal way possible and the way the gun was heating up before he took the shot, you know dude’s mouth was getting burnt an bit

I love this adaptation because it keeps to the spirit of the events in the books and the characters without being literal or as BORING as the books scene for scene would have been. You can't tell the same story on TV. I did not like a lot of things about Episode 8 but most of that can be attributed to COVID. Without COVID, Matt would have been in Fal Dara when Fain and the dagger showed up and Perrin would have used his wolf nose to lead Lan to Moiraine. Also the ending of the book The Eye of the World was one big confusing mess IMHO and so I liked the show ending much better than the books. I can't wait for next season! Book 2 is one of my favs.

"The Dark One" tricked Siuan and Moiraine through Siuan's dreams to bring Rand to the Eye. And it worked. That's why Min saw the Amyrlin as Moiraine's downfall.

I love my girl Nynaeve. When she gets angry and bursts out with that epic channeling protection bubble, I burst out in tears.. 😂 Not really sure why that happens but it does. Maybe it's because Zoe is so good at showing how scared Nynaeve really is.

Rand's mom was part of an Aiel warrior society. The Aiel are known as the best fighters in that world so yeah, she would kill that guy if he didn't stab her.

We don't actually know what Lliandrin's relationship is with the man Moiraine mentioned.

Moiraine certainly believes everything she is saying or the Oaths would prevent her from saying it. I believe in the Two Rivers squad. For the most part.
