      Everyone in Japan knows version 1. I'm Japanese but I hadn't heard of version 2 until finding this, version 1 is the one that is widely broadcast but I'm sure more enthusiastic people probably know version 2 as well

    I like this version with front and side views. For the movements that are difficult at first, focus on legs or upper body independently and then put them both together. Most are very simple though, so a great way to keep your body flexible with a gentle start to your day.

    Hi, how long does the radio Programm go for? I found videos about 3 minutes is that all? Are the exercises always the same?

      I know there are only 2 versions, both being 3-minute long. I recently learned they are "broadcast 4 times a day, the first one being at 6:30AM", but I am yet to know if they are both player 4 times a day or they alternate. Anyway, yes, that is all.

      Like: Arms up from the frontside, arm-stretching exercise. Go! Let's stretch the palms a little more. ...(??)...cheerfully. Rotate the arms. Make circles in front of your body as large as you can. A chest exercise. Breathe in. Good. Match the upwards movement to your breathing. Side-bending exercise. If you're on a chair, do this slowly. Try to not crouch your back. etc. I think they would be helpful.
