@MichaelP11 I drive 300 miles a day 6 days a week, essentially to break it down in a simple way to understand. And that's just travel for work. Not any store trips, etc.

@rickyymunoz I got the civic sport 2.0 engine no Turbo. And so far so good. I'll be doing an update on that soon. I'm at 50k miles

@Theclassiccarnut no problem. I was just stating the truthful review of the car from my experience with it. Hopefully, they address the issues. But until then I'm staying away from hybrid Honda cars.

@kenj.8897 I drove in the snow fine,I had Michelin snow tires and it did ok. I would say all season vs snow tires, the snow tires do A LOT better in the snow and ice. I'm sure other brands have snow tires that will be just as good, but I can only tell you from my experience with Michelin snow tires. I think I paid 600 to 800 for all 4.

I had a 24 CRV touring hybrid with the Michelin and those tires were so quiet . These hakooky tires are loud , problem is Michelin does not make the size I need for my Accord . But the tires you have do come in my needed size , how are they for road noise ? Thanks ​@@justbeingmeyoutube

@k2229 nightmares happened into my second year, but I also put a lot of miles on the car quickly. So I got rid of it and got a non hybrid civic.

Im sure that is the new business model for (all) companies now a days. “Oh its broke??? Would like like to buy a new one? We will give you store credit”

I hate the way the world mindset (you will rent and be happy) is going these days. Build IT like crap so people will just end up renting (leasing)

IF you care……….. I bought a brand new 2016 BMW 3 series diesel years ago. Babied it from the beginning. I remember having verbal arguments with the service center guys. Eventually i literally insulted them to their face and guess what….. They cus back at their CUSTOMERS. Turned my back to them and took my car to personal auto shops,(void warranty) used AMSOIL (also voids warranty) As of August 2024 (hot MAX AC summers) my car got 21.8km/l (measured by pencil and paper) 51.28 mpg hwy

@garyshurley1810 you write a comment to me as if I know this Zac of winguard or even heard of him. Which I haven't. So how could I tell someone I've never even heard of anything? And you don't hear me telling anyone what to do with their tools. To carry a tomahawk for every day would be pretty stupid if you live in a populated area, and ya, I think you would probably draw some unwanted attention to yourself. That's like walking into a bank with drills and angle grinding equipment. Sure, tools aren't illegal per say but if you went by the safe and started looking suspicious, people might have questions. Just like a tomahawk, are you trying to be a banchee war chief or something? I would never carry a tomahawk around in public, especially on my person. Even if I was going to the backwoods, I would choose an axe. But in life sometimes you have to me the message instead of asking others to do something for you. Where you recently in trouble because you listened to this guy's advice?

@garyshurley1810 I'll say the laws they have on certain tools are stupid and unclear. So I'm sorry if someone online that I have no idea of who that person even is told you wrong advice. But I would never give out legal advice or tell someone to carry a tomahawk around. Maybe if you're on your own property, even then, I wouldn't recommend it because your neighbors would probably look at you crazy. Can't believe everything you hear on the internet. Everyone needs to remember that.

@@justbeingmeyoutube Well, some generations are completely new, so you can't say generation 11 is reliable because of a car from 1983. The game restarts with each generation when the technology changes.

@JDM-Jack ya, but this was the 4th year of this generation. So I figured they would've worked out any issues.

@@MRNagiiiguess I'm not the only one with a horrible experience with Honda service and car. I too have been left with the feeling their overrated for their reliability, and definitely overrated for their service.

@dannyeshleman1311 that's the problem, they never found out yet I kept having to pay for expensive repairs. First they though it was the pcm computer 1500 dollars, pulled off and 30 miles later all the same lights and issues. Brought it back to a Honda dealership repair center and paid almost 3000 dollars vtc motor etc, and drove 80 miles and all the same issues. At this point it was in Honda dealerships / honda techs possession for almost 2 months. I therefore ran the code with a code read the code misfire cylinder 4, but they checked that all. But I put aftermarket coils in like 10k miles before that so I replaced them out with oem. Worked for awhile then it keep blowing a coil here and there so I was constantly replacing coils on the to every few thousand miles which I put on at least 1500 miles a week. It just became a headache no one could figure out.

@dannyeshleman1311 looking back maybe it was the battery going and causing electrical shorts. I don't know but after spending 7,000 dollars I was DONE. And yes I have ALL THE PROOF.

@dannyeshleman1311 and go listen to people who get paid to talk these cars up, that's fine. Trust me I'm the one who wanted to talk this car up and save money with it being reliable. But that just wasn't the case. And YES I TOOK GREAT MAINTENANCE of it and CARE. And this all happened with HONDA CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS, not some back garage repair shop. Pretty bad when the people who make the car can't figure it out, how was I supposed to? That's the UNFORTUNATE TRUTH. It was great up until about 150k miles. I would've talked the car up before then.

And just for the people like you I'll make sure to post a video with all the proof of what I'm saying. I don't know why someone would want to bash their first NEW CAR they every bought with their OWN money. Just don't make sense bro

@@justbeingmeyoutube This is what I wanted to hear in the video. Thank you. It does surprise me though, I drove a 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid with 400k miles. Admittedly it had some problems by then , but nothing like you're talking about. I'm sorry you had a bad experience.

I've been so busy lately I just haven't gotten around to it. But the flashlight is great. I probably will just do a flashlight review on multiple 14500 flashlights. Since it'll be more information on like a dozen models I've had all in 1. And explain which one I've liked most and the ones I don't really care for.

@erfgthygreas1709 yes it is. The battery has been completely fine the whole 185k miles. Most of those miles are highway.

@justbeingmeyoutube I have 80k on mines. Use to get 40 mpg. Now get 35 mpg. Half streets and half highway miles.

@user-ek4vk8dj9m For me, fuel mpg only got above 40mpg in the city and sweet spot like 0 to 55mph. I've averaged 35 ish mpg. Most of my driving is highway miles 70mph. My battery is still in great condition. It was checked out at 150k, and it was still normal operating. I only had 1 issue engine wise with the vvt motor. I'll do a video explaining everything soon.
