The only two reasons why Oklahoma and other states like Oklahoma don't require a front plate,is because its cheaper for the state not to print them,and the other reason is because car owners bitch and complain that having a front plate, takes away the astethics of the car. There actually more than those two reasons I mentioned, but those came up when I googled and asked why certain states outside of California are not required not to have front plates on their vehicles.
