I am so jealous! I haven't gotten my pack yet even though my Ranger Allies 4 got here a week ago. I'm really eager to try these out with my favorite Blue Ranger: Heckyl. (Yes, he's a Blue Ranger. Look at his suit. That's how colors work. Remember that RJ is a Purple Ranger. His color isn't 'Wolf'.) Insightful Strike is 100% the individual card (ie. Cannon Fodder, Sword Strike). I never even thought to interpret it otherwise. The specific wording is 'same name as the target'. The target of your attack isn't Goldar, it's Sword Strike. You're not targeting EVERY Goldar card. You're not hitting Grudge or Heat Beam Eyes. The specific target of your attack is Sword Strike. There is no gameplay mechanic for an attack to target Goldar. It isn't mechanically possible. You must target an individual card for an attack, meaning the target's name must therefore also be that individual card's name. I'd bet my Kendall figure and deck that I'm right. Blue Brilliance would work so well with Heckyl to let him synergize with Kendall, who loves drawing cards. Yellow is your prediction for the next set? Interesting. My guess is Purple. ... Seriously though, it is probably Yellow. Even though I expect Red or Blue to still be my favorite set when all's said and done. Lauren and Heckyl support! Yay! Just In Case is ANOTHER card that helps Heckyl synergize with Kendall by stacking her deck. The combos! I want to play my two favorite Rangers together with these new cards! Send me my Forever Blue Pack please! Power of Invention and Commanding Strike make me think there is going to be a zero cost 3 dice attack for every color just with a different gimmick to trigger it. Also Kendall extends her thanks for saying Blue Rangers are generally the smartest on the team. Though I still maintain Koda was the second most intelligent Dino Charge Ranger. He had good instincts and adapted very quickly. Lack of knowledge/familiarity is not lack of intelligence. I bet she let him use her first name because she recognized he was in fact quite smart. And now I realize how much I want them to release Koda. We need more Dino Charge people! Forever Blue is so good for setting up all kinds of combos. Love it way more than Forever Red. I found that card just sat in my hand a lot because attack bonuses tend to be easier and faster (Red Strength anyone?) than using a whole turn to set up rerolls. Well Heckyl doesn't really play like a normal Blue Ranger so he wouldn't synergize well. My next favorite Blue Ranger overall is Tori and she isn't out yet. However my third favorite Blue Ranger is TJ and I really think he'd make a magnificent addition to your team. He almost feels like he'd be vital to your success because he brings some much needed offensive support to the generally defensive Blue Rangers. His ability to give guaranteed damage plus his awesome Zord feel like just the offensive punch a team of defenders needs to ensure they are able to bring home the win for the good guys. Also they are definitely NOT doing a Forever White/Pink set. Pink will be getting its own set. It's possibly the most iconic Ranger color overall rivalling even Red. There's a reason the walk-off in season two failed and it's because Amy Jo Johnson didn't go with them. Her leaving WOULD have torpedoed the show. Kerrigan Mahan even warned them that if they got her it would work and if they didn't it would fail. Being brutally honest he told them she was the only cast member that mattered to the producers. OR simply put: Pink is very important to the franchise. It will get its own set. There's no way they'd disrespect such an important color like that.

Blue ranger = Best ranger. Fight me.

IF you're doing a forever blue, you got to include Hyperforce Blue. If you're including Psycho Blue as a villain, then Blue In Space makes sense, but I think Sky from SPD could be a fun addition too. A weird choice would be the Navy Thunder Ranger from Allied Pack 4, stretch the limit of what blue means.

also is shadow ranger considered a blue ranger? I only ask because his cards are a certain shade of blue lol

My blue ranger group member loves this forever blue package! He thinks Stroke of Genius is so good! He's our main Billy! My group wants more deck building options in general for this game, so we're down for it lol

So, the way i read insightful strike, it would target actual card names. Like if there are 2 of the cog card “tick tock kick” in the combat, insightful strike gets +1 die. If one of them has already resolved, it goes to +2 dice total

This turned out to be an amazing series ha loved it I loved the monster mash one as well (I think it was called that, with the extra monsters) Both are really tense. I finally got the KS box and rangers united. Going to do alot!! of painting this week.

I loved Power rangers in space found it difficult to win with.

No you can't discard a card and do a one dice attack. this game is supposes to be difficult .

I started playing it not long ago. And I have a little trouble with the rules. I haven't played the original game. And I didn't quite understand how the whole part of the elements works. I also see that you have tokens for the elements, I did not receive any in the box of the game. Can you give me an explanation on this whole issue?

What are the card sleeve sizes for the oversize cards and unicron? And who would carry those sizes to buy?

Thinking of picking this game up, but I was wondering if there was a reason the game has you take damage for the Light cards? It doesn’t appear as you do in regular multiplayer when sharing. Is the single player game easier?

Yes cant wait for Goldar!! he was one of the best bad guys ever in Power Rangers, sadly in the show he went from a great threat to a big joke over the seasons.

The Sword of Light, fittingly enough, also works great for either Kimberly for a bunch of free damage. Very funny if you bring both regular Kimberly and the Ranger Slayer, and get to do bonus damage at the start AND end of the battle.

Ellarien was actually slightly after Drakkon - the damage he did to the Morphin Grid led to a bunch of the Rangers that Jason brought to fight him getting lost in time and space trying to get home, and finding themselves in a galaxy that seemingly had no Morphin energy. It turned out it was cut off from the rest of the universe because of a dangerous secret there, but the guy the Morphin Masters left to guard it became corrupt and took over as a tyrant. Ellarien's Solarix is the last functioning Morpher in that galaxy, and she shares its power with the Rangers so that they can help her overthrow him and eventually reconnect her worlds to the Grid because being cut off from the energy of change was causing everything to slowly break down

I am going to get the Deluxe set soonish but damn the pricing for it in Europe is insane! For US for example its 140 dollars in Europe its 172.50 Euro that is 190.53 dollars! It doesnt make sense as most other stuff is similar priced as everything ships from Europe and the prices are before shipping costs (shipping is fine as long as you are getting several things as the rate seems to be pretty much the same to my country no matter how much you get. I will get it but talk about a kick ha also going to get rangers united.

Part 3! Let's find out who hates the Pai Zhua Academy so much. ... And it's just Goldar. I mean, nothing wrong with that, very canon compliant, though a little predictable. I'd been hoping for a swerve! The Plesio Charge Megazord is the single best Megazord PERIOD. Okay, fine, I'm biased. It's Kendall's. Ah shut up Cyclopsis. The Power Rangers don't fear anybody. Don't forget Rapid Blast ignores guard inherently! And of course Kendall gets three hits. She's the best! And imagine doing that to three cards constantly. For a video session I get that you need to spread the love to all the Rangers you're playing, however if you want to beat a hard game mode like this it's really best to just use Rapid Blast constantly in every battle as your first attack for maximum damage. Not sure I appreciate you getting way more excited for Doggie rolling 3 hits on one foot soldier than Kendall doing the same on two simultaneously but whatever. I kid... mostly. Oh wow. I have a feeling that mistake with Cyclopsis discarding cards from your deck at the start of the battle is going to cost you the game. You played Metallic Armor properly. It doesn't care if it's a new ATTACK. It triggers the first time each RANGER takes damage. Even if it's a card that hits the whole team it still counts as each Ranger taking their own damage so they would all get to use it. It was an easy way to totally blank a Z-Lightning when I played against Zedd. Oh, the Plesio Charge Megazord isn't THAT broken. It deals damage ONCE per turn total when any Ranger draws a card, not once the first time they each get to draw. One damage, no matter how many Rangers draw. Also, even if you play multiple cards from different Rangers it is still the same Ranger turn so you can't use Plesio again. Once per entire turn. Period. No, you used the Armor right. It's once per battle for each Ranger the first time they get hti, as in they each use it ONCE during the whole battle. One boost per Ranger and that is ALL. They don't get 4 shields every single time they take damage! That'd make them laughably invulnerable against most opponents! Did Doggie seriously go the whole game without drawing Discipline once? Wow that's unfortunate. Speaking of unfortunate. While it's awesome to see you setting up Kendall's signature combo it's obviously too little too late. And you don't even have three cards to hit! Bummer. Don't feel bad. Doggie already used his armor. The result, while tragic, was accurate. He just wasn't having the best day. Also if you use a Zord it's 5 damage from Cyclopsis' Head/Helm. Remember the damage boosts from the arms apply whenever Cyclopsis deals damage, not just his drawn cards. Oops! You forgot to add the three extra dice from Perfect Planning onto Rising Slash! I usually set my three purple dice into my dice bowl so I don't forget. I mean you were dead anyway, so... Ouch. On the plus side you didn't get Kendall permanently defeated! Still, RIP Doggie. Well that game loss really hurts. I hate seeing Kendall lose! Boo! Still, not her fault. She did her job. She rolled like the queen she is! Some unfortunate misplays cost the game however just take it as a learning experience. I'm sure next time you'll know how to play her better. She's a very complicated Ranger to use. ... Seriously though. Kendall could take Goldar, Cyclopsis, and Dai Shi with one hand tied behind her back. Stupid flying monkey/lion/whatchamacallit. Honestly the first time I played Cyclopsis I was quite underwhelmed by how difficult it was. I feel like part of the problem was I had been told how absurdly hard he was so I overcompensated, brought my strongest team and just rolled over him easily in one fight. I dropped Kendall and used a weaker team in the next game and he was noticeably more difficult. I still managed to beat him though Magna Defender had to sacrifice himself by taking all the damage from the core. It felt like a very thematic thing to do. By the way, I have played the scenario since and it still was easy if you just Rapid Blast Goldar out of the gate. Cyclopsis' cards are tough but managable - especially if you have synergies that don't rely on Zords too heavily. The head is really his biggest threat. I used the Zeo MegaBattlezord - it adds three dice without being affected by Cyclopsis (Megazords =/= Zords). Thing about the Red Rangers. Kendall can do way more damage than them and easily curbstomp Cyclopsis... if you actually have attack boosts on her team... like pairing her with a Red Ranger! Or at least a Red Dragon. That big attack Scott did last game? I consistently have Kendall do that multiple times a game, every game, with the proper boosts. Almost makes it too easy at times. I'd love for you to play her against Cyclopsis again with some better synergies and strategies for her. Though you don't have to use Cyclopsis again. I'll take Kendall against anybody. I'm not picky. Yeah, losing lives in the beginning was the real mistake. That's why playing carefully even long before the boss arrives is important. Keeping those lives would have been the biggest help. And precise play throughout will usually get you the Megazord before the last round begins, too. I'm honestly not a fan of GI Joe or deck-building games. Just not my thing, no offense, - all the power to the people who love them! However I do love Transformers. If they made a Guardian System game for that I'd buy it in a heartbeat! Come on Renegade! It's such an obvious thing to do. Kendall and Optimus VS. Master Vile and Megatron. You know you want it. I too want my Jungle Fury Rangers. Hurry up Renegade! Though my top want is the rest of Lost Galaxy. Kendrix and Leo are two of my favorites! Best Red/Pink Ranger pairing outside of Time Force. (And in my head canon totally Kendall's parents. Yes it all relates back to Kendall. Shut up.) They just released the Original Magna Defender so maybe they've remembered the season exists? Maybe? They could even do a big box with the whole core team, stingwingers, and tougher-than-Cyclopsis-boss Green Trakeena. Seriously. She threw a space colony the size of a city from the moon to the surface of a planet. You don't mess with that. Well that wraps up part three. Looking forward to see what team you play next!
