I've seen when people use fresh peppers, they roast them first, or char grill, then remove the skins, and pulp up the flesh in a blender. Just interested to know what method works best 😊

First thing , you dnt soke them in water for 45 minutes, you just need to hydrate them , second no need for cumin , you needed salt and more garlic , the ratio is 70 /30 , also you dnt get rid of all of the seeds because they make the flavor strong among the garlic and spices, good try thou
