EAS Coastal Flood Warning (MISSED EAS)

Well, here's part of a Coastal Flood Warning EAS that got issued just a little bit ago (12/17/23). Due to a storm we are getting tomorrow (12/18/23). Issuing alerts early, I guess lol.
Was in the middle of washing dishes when the alert came on the tv. BLARING might I add lmao. Caught me off guard, needless to say. Definitely got my heart racing. As when your not expecting it, those beginning tones can definitely startle you lol.
